| Questioning in mathematics classroom is a very common form of the mathematics teaching in primary schools and it is also a very important form of bilateral activities for teachers and students.In order to develop ability of the classroom questioning of new teachers,it is necessary to analyze and discuss the basic characteristics of experienced teachers’ classroom questioning.This paper takes primary school mathematics teachers as the research object,and conducts research on classroom questioning of experienced primary mathematics teachers through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations.Based on the relevant documents,this paper focuses on the research questions,including the preparation,implementation and after-school reflection of classroom questioning.The first research question is to understand the preparation time,problem design and number of questions through questionnaires and interviews;The second questions is to analyze the data by questionnaire survey and classroom observation method;The classroom observation method is used to observe the classroom through 10 new lectures of 10 experienced teachers.Among them,5 sections belong to the “number and operation” category,and the other 5 sections belong to the “graphics and geometry” category.The text analysis method was used to analyze the classroom questioning of 10 teachers from four parts: questioning type,questioning situations,the choice of answering questions and answering method.The third question is to is to understand the content of reflection after class through questionnaire survey and interview methodStudies have shown that the advantages of primary mathematics experienced teachers in classroom questioning are:(1)The experienced teacher are fully prepared before class;(2)They carefully created questioning situations and core questions to lead the whole classroom;(3)The questions are mainly based on understanding,supplemented by memorizing concepts;(4)The way of picking student to answer question is mainly based on "Who raises the hand and who answers",supplemented by "the whole class answers together".The teacher must respect students and communicate with students equally;(5)The method of interact with the student who answered question is based on “further questioning”,often accompanied by “encouraging and praising students”;(6)Pay highly attention to after-class reflection.Based on the above summary,combined with my own experience,this paper gives some new enlightenment to new teachers in the classroom implementation.The results of this study can provide necessary reference for new mathematics teachers in primary school. |
