The improvement of residents' living quality is the key and difficult point for China to realize the two centenary goals and the focus of national attention. The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly emphasized the importance of raising the quality of life of residents,The 13 th Five-Year Plan calls for a general enhancement in people's living standards and quality of life, and the report of the 19 th CPC national congress and this year's Two Sessions have once again raised the quality of life of residents to the core position of socialist modernization.Certainly, many scholars began to study how to increase the quality of life of residents, and have done a lot of research on the economic, social and other factors that affect the quality of life of residents. But they have not taken into account that the factors affecting the quality of life of residents have two-layer nested structure of time province and city geographical region, thus destroying the conditions of data independence and making the general modeling theory difficult to work.Hierarchical model is exactly based on nested data, and then with the help of the inference advantages of Bayesian theory of prior information on small samples, hierarchical generalized linear Bayesian model is studied on the factors affecting the quality of life of residents.By combing the basic theories and methods on the quality of life for regional residents, this paper studies the quasi-likelihood estimation method of hierarchical generalized linear model and explores the hierarchical generalized linear Bayesian inference based on prior optimization.Based on the nested data of provinces, cities and regions,a hierarchical generalized linear Bayesian model for the quality of life of regional residents is constructed, and the strategies and suggestions for improving the quality of life of residents are proposed. The main works are as follows:Initially,Quasi-likelihood estimation of hierarchical generalized linear model is studied on the basis of maximum likelihood and restricted maximum likelihoodestimation. Then the priori optimization theory in hierarchical generalized linear Bayesian inference method is further explored.Through comparison and analysis,it turns out that Bayesian estimation has obvious advantages(Bayes empirical prior estimate is better than non-informative prior),then comes to quasi-likelihood estimation, the traditional methods(maximum likelihood estimation and restricted maximum likelihood estimation)are less effective. The models of linear regression, generalized linear regression and panel fixed effect are explored for the data structure of regional residents' quality of life.It is found that the reason for the poor fitting effect and explanation is that the above model ignores the nested structure of data,so the hierarchical model based on nested structure is constructed. In regions,a more perfect index system is set up from six aspects of economy, politics, culture, society, ecological civilization and national defense to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life for regional residents. The study of human environment and natural environment between regions reflected more objectively and comprehensively influence of the "three senses" in the quality of life of local residents. Then the comparative analysis of ML(REML),quasi-likelihood estimation and Bayesian estimation show that the Bayesian estimation of the hierarchical model has good properties. Finally, according to the basic exploration and modeling analysis on the quality of life for regional residents, the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward. The achievements of economic development and national defense construction should be stabilized, social and ecological civilization construction will be accelerated appropriately, political construction need be developed, and cultural construction can be fully effective. We should strengthen the communication between various regions, find out the ways to adjust measures to local conditions,to strengthen the cooperative ability between different regions with the respective history and culture,to overcome different regions of its bad effects, make it interacts with humanities environment, improve their quality of life,to achieve a new level of coordinated development of the "three senses" :regional residents' happiness, sense of gain and sense of security.
