Through the comparative experiment of single leg Stiff-legged DeadL and Stiff-legged DeadL,analyze the pretest,middle test(partial test),and post test data to find out the influence to the training effect of lower limbs explosive strength in college male basketball players between the single leg Stiff-legged DeadL and the leg Stiff-legged DeadL.This article mainly uses experimental methods.Summarize the research results,design experiments and select test indicators according to experts advices and the results of previous research.The subjects were selected from the basketball players from Beijing Sport University,and they were randomly divided into two groups and training in two method which are single leg Stiff-legged DeadL and Stiff-legged DeadL.Data were recorded from each testing index before the experiment,and record the tested data after six weeks of two training methods.Finally,compare the difference before and after the index test and analyze the impact of the two training actions on the explosive strength of the lower limbs.Lastly data analysis method is used to collect data with Excel,and independent sample T test and repeated measures are carried out with spss.Finally,the test data are analyzed objectively and make research conclusion.The single leg Stiff-legged DeadL and Stiff-legged DeadL have significant enhancement on the 1RM and 60-degree angular extension of the knee flexion under the same load,but there is no performance between the groups.The single leg Stiff-legged DeadL and Stiff-legged DeadL both have significant enhancement in standing broad jump and two legs standing vertical jump.There is no performance between the two training modes.The single Stiff-legged DeadL has very significant.enhancement on the improvement of the one-legged jumping height.The Stiff-leggedDeadL showed a significant enhancement compare to the single-legged jumping height.Compere to different experimental groups,the single leg Stiff-legged DeadL was significantly improve the jumping ability compare to Stiff-legged DeadL.The final conclusion:1.80% 1RM load weight of the Stiff-legged DeadL and the corresponding load weight of single leg Stiff-legged DeadL has better training effect on one leg run-up touch,in situ double leg vertical jump,standing long jump,60 degree angle knee extension moment,flexion leg hard pull 1RM.2.The training effect of single leg Stiff-legged DeadL is better for single leg running-up and touching height.
