Mathematics learning guidance is one of the requirements of the reform and development of compulsory education in the new era and an important way for students to learn mathematics.However,the existing research does not pay enough attention to primary school mathematics learning guidance,and there are few primary school mathematics learning guidance research based on the visionary leadership theory.This study under the guidance of visionary leadership theory,using the methods of questionnaire and depth interview,look at the problems existing in the elementary school mathematics learning instruction,analyze the reasons behind the problem,and then puts forward the elementary school mathematics learning instruction visionary strategy,in order to bring the elementary school mathematics teacher learning guidance of enlightenment.The author uses self-designed questionnaire to understand the current situation of primary school mathematics learning guidance from four dimensions of learning vision,attention to learning guidance,source of learning guidance and application of learning guidance.And from the primary school mathematics teacher's understanding of learning guidance,primary school mathematics teacher's application of learning guidance,primary school mathematics teacher's use of learning guidance and other aspects of the primary school mathematics teacher interview.Through the above research methods,analyzes the result of the collected data and the interview,found that elementary school mathematics learning instruction existence mathematics teachers to understand related learning strategy in national curriculum standard request opaque,mathematics teacher to the student learning vision is too,mathematics learning instruction level grade difference obvious,mathematicslearning instruction level grade difference to be markedly related training,lack of teachers of mathematics learning guidance,etc.Based on the empirical investigation of the current situation of primary school mathematics learning guidance and the visionary leadership theory,this study puts forward the strategies of primary school mathematics learning guidance.Second,to renew their own teaching concept,pay attention to mathematics learning guidance and students' learning vision;Third,according to the individual differences of students,the stratification,classification and segmentation of targeted guidance;The fourth is to set up special mathematics learning guidance course to improve students' mathematics learning guidance level;Fifth,actively participate in the relevant training of mathematics learning guidance,and constantly enhance the knowledge and skills of learning guidance.
