Research On The Diversification Of Financing Channels Of Chinese Universities And Colleges

Since the reform and opening up,China's higher education has developed rapidly.With the rapid development of China's social economy,universities in China have changed from elite education to mass education,and higher education has become popular and universal.With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities and the increasing number of College students,the normal development of schools needs more financial support.At the present stage,the main source of funds for colleges and universities in China is still government funding,supplemented by other financing channels.It is very difficult for the government to increase the financial allocation of colleges and universities.In the case of serious bank loans,it is particularly important for colleges and universities to use their own conditions to raise funds.The reform of economic system enables colleges and universities to raise funds independently and expand their channels,so that the financing channels can continue to diversify.Based on the background of market-oriented economy,this paper studies the diversification of financing channels of Chinese colleges and universities.In this paper,literature analysis,social network analysis,Co-word analysis,comparative research,statistical analysis and other methods are used to conduct in-depth research on the diversification of financing channels in China's colleges and universities.Through the literature analysis method,we can understand the status of domestic and foreign higher education financing channels,and provide reference for the diversification of financing channels for the development of higher education in our country;through the social network analysis method and Co-word Analysis method,we can analyze the high-frequency keywords in the relevant literature on domestic and foreign higher education financing channels from 2008 to 2018,and get the financing channels of higher education.Hot issues in research field and future development trend;Through comparative research method,this paper analyses the structure,source and financing means of American higher education funds,and compares the financial structure and financing channels of Chinese higher education institutions.Through comparison,we can learn from the successful financing mode of American higher education institutions,broaden the financing channels of Chinese higher education institutions,and thus improve the financing efficiency.Through statistical analysis,we can use clear data to show the current situation of the financing channels of higher education in our country,and we can more intuitively find problems and solve them.After reviewing the research on the financing channels of universities by scholars at homeand abroad,this paper studies the diversified development of financing channels of universities in China by using public goods theory,human capital theory and PPP model.Then proceeding from the reality,the relevant literature is collected and sorted out.Using SATI 3.2 software and UCINET 6.0 software,the high-frequency keywords social network atlas and cluster analysis tree chart are drawn.The relationship between high-frequency keywords is analyzed,and the research hotspots and problems of financing in Chinese universities are found.Thirdly,through the analysis and comparative study of the current situation of the diversification of financing channels between Chinese and American universities,and drawing lessons from the advanced ideas and management modes of American universities' financing,this paper improves the ways and means of Chinese universities' financing.Finally,put forward operational improvement strategies,from the government side,we should continue to carry out tax reform.At this stage,the government should formulate relevant tax preferential laws and regulations,increase the strength of enjoying tax preferences,enhance the social donation awareness of education,and strengthen the supervision of university funding institutions;from the University side,we should continue to develop university foundations and improve alumni donations.The donation mechanism will closely link alumni and schools,increase the income of alumni donations,and increase the income of social donations,and make use of the "Internet +" and the introduction of PPP mode to carry out corresponding management.
