Sports activities are various activities that are gradually carried out in the process of human development and consciously cultivated for their physical fitness.Regular physical activity with appropriate intensity can promote the healthy development of the human body and mind.University sports is an important part of comprehensive education in colleges and universities.It is an important means to promote students' health.Through appropriate physical exercise,it can vent negative emotions and improve students' learning efficiency.Therefore,the high-quality development of university physical education courses is conducive to the development of college students' physical and mental health and has important significance for their comprehensive development.However,at present,in many physical education courses in colleges and universities,the phenomenon that female college students are ?marginalized? and ?bystanders? is common.It is especially prominent in some non-prosody sports,and the overall enthusiasm and interest of female college students in physical education.Far worse than boys.The reason is that female college students have the threat of gender stereotypes in sports activities.They believe that boys are more suitable for sports activities,which makes female college students afraid,embarrassed and even unwilling to engage in sports activities.In response to the above problems,an intervention program is proposed to help female college students eliminate the threat of gender stereotypes in sports activities,that is,using language,games,video materials,task assignments,etc.in physical education to eliminate female college sports gender stereotypes.Impression threat effect,improve the interest in sports,and then play a positive role in the sports psychology and behavior of female college students,improve sports performance;at the same time,for female college students who have the threat of sports gender stereotypes,set different rewards according to the adjustment matching theory Structure,through psychological intervention to regulate the sports behavior of female college students,improve sports performance.Because the basketball campaign is more extensive,and the participating groups are mainly male,the girls have the threat of gender stereotypes.Therefore,this study selects basketball sports for research and has certain representativeness.This paper selects the female college students who are the first basketball class in basketball during the two universities of Harbin Normal University.According to the experimental intervention program of female college students in the elimination of the threat effect of gender stereotypes in sports activities,10 lessons were held respectively,and a total of 20 hours of teaching experiments were conducted.The teaching experiment was carried out through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.The results were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Intervention through language,games,video materials,task assignments,etc.,can help to weaken the female stereotypes of female college students in sports activities,experience the pleasure and challenge brought by sports,and establish the self-confidence of sports.To enhance the enthusiasm of female college students for sports activities and improve their interest in sports situations.(2)Through the experimental intervention,the enthusiasm and participation of female college students in the physical education classroom has been improved.Increased the enthusiasm and practice density of female college students,improved the learning effect of motor skills,and achieved higher athletic performance.(3)In the control class,through different reward structure interventions,students' mental state and sports behavior can be effectively affected;female college students in the loss group are threatened by rewards,and they are more focused and more eager to maintain in the test.Self-reward,which in turn improves the performance of female students in the loss group.Get athletic scores above the income group.
