Aim and Significance: Based on the research results and conclusions of predecessors on the landing point of the foot and the evaluation of running economy, this study takes the change of the landing point of the foot as an independent variable and the running economy of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students as a dependent variable to explore the landing mode, running economy and maximum of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students before and after four-week POSE running training intervention. The main purpose of the comparative analysis of oxygen uptake and other indicators as well as the same exercise intensity and exercise time of the control group is to change the landing point of the feet of the students with low cardiopulmonary endurance in the running process,so as to achieve the energy-saving,improve the endurance running performance and improve the running cycle. Finally, the ability to improve the cardiopulmonary endurance can be achieved. Methods: Twenty college students with low cardiopulmonary endurance were selected in this study.(According to endurance running performance: 1000 meters for boys(> 4.30 minutes),800 meters for girls(> 4.32 minutes)and maximum oxygen uptake criteria: boys(< 43 ml/kg/min)and girls(< 32 ml/kg/min)Male = 8 and female = 12 were selected as experimental subjects. All the subjects were in good condition before the experiment. In the past three months, they didn't have any other training activities, foot orthodontics and normal foot shape except necessary physical education classes. Each subject's habitual landing mode was determined by high-speed video with sampling frequency of 200 HZ.Finally, the most frequent landing mode of the sole was chosen: heel-toe landing mode.Men and women were randomly divided into experimental group(n=10)and control group(n=10).The experimental group was trained with POSE running for four weeks. The control group was trained with normal training methods for the same time. The relative oxygen uptake per minute at the highest level of exercise and the relative oxygen consumption per minute during non-extreme exercise at a specific speed were measured by gas metabolism analysis.According to the comparative analysis. The results showed that: 1 The experimental group of POSE running training method could change the landing point of the feet of low cardiopulmonary endurance College students: the frequency change of the heel landing point was 0.70 ±0.10-0.32±0.16(P < 0.05),while there was no significant change in the landing point of the feet before and after the intervention of the control group(P < 0.05);2 The control group of POSE running training before and after the experiment group and before and after the general training.Relative values of oxygen uptake per minute of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students before and after training in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group. The change of oxygen uptake per minute in the experimental group was 34.04 ±2.69ml/kg/min-36.23±4.61ml/kg/min(P < 0.05);the change range of oxygen uptake in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group.3 Before and after POSE running training, the relative value of oxygen uptake per minute of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students during non-extreme exercise at a specific speed changed:20.36±1.07ml/kg/min-18.5±1.07ml/kg/min).1.21ml/kg/min(P<0.01),but the relative oxygen uptake per minute of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students did not change significantly(P < 0.05)during non-extreme exercise at specific speed before and after training in the control group;4.The endurance running time of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students before and after POSE running posture training changed 5.05 ± 0.47min-4.09 ± 0.44 min before and after training in the control group(P < 0.01).There was no significant change in endurance running performance of post-LOW cardiopulmonary endurance College students.Research conclusions: 1 In the course of four weeks' training, the experimental group under the intervention of POSE running training method was compared with the control group under normal training.2 The RE value of running economy of the experimental group was decreasing, and the relative value of VO2 max of maximal oxygen uptake increased.3 It is suggested that POSE running training could be used in the training process to improve the running economy of college students with low cardiopulmonary endurance.
