Undergraduate is the main body in the tertiary education.Not only cultivating the comprehensive literacy of undergraduates,enhancing the proficiency of self-management will reserve force for the well-round construction.It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of undergraduates' self-management capacity in the new era.Through the investigation of the current situation of college students in Harbin,this study finds out the deficiencies,analyzes the causes,puts forward reasonable strategies and suggestions by using the relevant theories of positive psychology to help undergraduates conduct self-management more efficiently.Using interview,open questionnaire investigation to form self-management capacity questionnaire,which focuses on six dimensions: time management,learning management,physical and mental management,human relations management,career management and network management,and other.The interviewees are extracted from undergraduates who come from Harbin normal university,Harbin Institute of Technology and Heilongjiang university.The survey indicates that,at present,college students' performance in interpersonal relationship,physical and mental and career management is fair,but not satisfactory in time,study and network management.Corresponding measures should be taken to strengthen the cultivation of college students in these aspects.Positive psychology advocates and emphasizes that people use their own positive power and qualities to overcome difficulties and problems.To introduce positive psychology into the education and cultivation of college students is to treat them with a more positive attitude,cultivate them in a more positive way,and by this way enhance their self-management ability.Positive emotional experience,positive personality traits,and positive organization system theory and so on,which are put forward by positive psychology theory,provide theory support for this cultivation.This thesis induces these related theories into the research on self-management of undergraduates,and provides feasible measures for colleges and universities.
