Analysis On The Influence Of Employment Structure Changes On Japanese Economy Since The 21^st Century

Employment structure reflects a country's labor force in the distribution of different industries,the overall level of economic development and future development direction.The flow of labor from one sector to another have an impact on the growth of the national economy,and the labor transfer will cause changes in the employment structure,and then affecting all sectors of the national economy.Due to the problem of the imbalance of men and women employment and the imperfected of employment system,the labor shortage and the imbalance of employment structure seriously limits the development of Japanese economy,it also makes the research that analysis on the influence of employment structure changes on Japanese has more practical significance.In this article,I will in-depth analyze Japan's employment structure changes since the beginning of the 21st century from some points of view such as age,sex,industry and hire form.And then divide economic development into economic index growth and economic structure optimization,select the working-age population,female employment rate and GDP as the relevant variables,and use the four multiple linear regression models to analyze the impact of employment structure change on economic growth level in Japan,and at the same time use the existing theoretical knowledge to analyze the impact of employment structure change on economic structure optimization.Finally,the analysis results are compared with China to observe the different impacts of employment structure changes under different national conditions.Taking Japan as an example,summarize the good parts and avoid doing the bad parts,and then accelerate China's economic development.The research results of this paper:the increase in elderly employment is in direct proportion to Japanese economic growth,and Japanese economy has been boosted by a rise in female employment,employment policies for women are more effective than those for the elderly.In terms of economic structure,the increase of the proportion of women in employment is conducive to the development of the tertiary industry.And as Japan further the fundamentals and rationalization of industrial structure,the third industry rapid development brought great impetus to Japan's economy,informal employment effect is more significant for the Japanese real GDP,employment in the form of increasingly diversified development for the enterprise has brought new vitality,beneficial to the improvement of the production efficiency,promote economic growth and economic structure optimization.
