In reality,some teachers with ethics and ethics have problems,and students who are instructed by themselves have various types of ethics.The reason for the teacher's misconduct behavior,in addition to the tutor's own problems,is objectively attributed to the"power"that the tutor may have abused,and damages the legitimate rights and interests of the instructed students.The tutor's power is the instructor's identity based on the tutor.In the aspects of academic research guidance,academic level appraisal,academic advancement,evaluation and daily management,it has the decisive evaluation confirmation right,approval consent,recommendation right or other influence that affects the progress of the program,force.The power of abuse needs to be supervised.The premise of effective supervision of the tutor's power is to clarify the concept,source and orientation of the tutor's academic power,and the power attribute.The power of the tutor comes from the authorization of the school.Due to the particularity of the tutor's identity,the special power of the tutor is its nature:it is academic and administrative,and has multiple attributes.The multi-attribute of power implies the logic of distinguishing supervision.The existing system does not make a detailed distinction between the treatment of the teacher's anomie behavior.The handling and supervision methods have less consideration on the particularity of the tutor's power.The correct approach is to combine the special power of the tutor.Sexually classify,stage,and supervise.The supervision of cracking the supervisor's abuse of power professionalism and administrative bundling dilemma is that,for the academic reasons that the tutor abuses power,there is a third-party academic organization to re-evaluate the disputed items,and compare with the tutor's evaluation results.The difference judges whether the academic reasons advocated by the tutor are justified.For the non-academic reasons advocated by the instructor,establish an academic ethics disciplinary,a"responsibility list"of the instructor,and a system of powers to exercise the"procedure list"system for administrative supervision of non-academic reasons.
