Research On System Structure And Cooperation Strategy User Dynamic Of Supply Side Of Higher Education Resources

Adjusting the supply-side structure of the higher education resource is the key to achieving educational equity and promoting the sustainable development of higher education.How to effectively improve the quality of higher education resources supply,expand the supply of high-quality higher education resources,and achieve fairness in higher education in a dynamic and complex external environment has become a hot topic in the development of higher education in the new era.This study combined system theory and systems engineering methods to study the system structure and collaborative strategy of the higher education resource supply side system.Firstly,based on literature reading,the status,problems and causes in the higher education resource supply side system in China were analyzed from the supply subject,supply products and supply mechanism in the supply system of higher education resources.Secondly,system thinking was used to analyze the higher education resource supply side system.The concept of the higher education resource supply side system was defined.The elements,objectives,environment and functions of the system was interpreted.The structural model of the higher education resource supply side system was constructed from the four aspects of supply subject,supply mechanism,supply product and supply process in the higher education resource supply side system.And the complex characteristics of the higher education resource supply side system were systematically analyzed.Thirdly,the influencing factors of the supply-side of higher education resources were analyzed.Combined with the structural model of the higher education resource supply side system,the indicator system for the factors affecting the higher education resource supply side system has been clarified.SPSS software of statistical analysis was used to standardize and consistency the data,and analyze the correlation between the data.Vensim-PLE software was used to construct a causal relationship model of the factors affecting higher education resources.And the hierarchical relationship model of the factors influencing the higher education resource supply side system was constructed by means of directed graphs,matrices and ISM(Interpreted Structural Model)software.Finally,the three-dimensional structure model of Hall was used to analyze the collaborative strategy of the higher education resource supply side system.According to thedifferent aspects of the higher education resource supply side system,such as the main body,stage,resources,etc.,the structural and hierarchical differences were embodied,and the three-dimensional structure model and activity matrix of the higher education resource supply side system were constructed,and the control steps of the supply optimization process were followed.The process of ‘resource supply-resource selection-resource synergy integration-resource utilization' process synergy suggestion.In the end,the corresponding cooperation of the higher education resources supply side,countermeasures was proposed by the three aspects of supply breadth,supply validity and supply synergy.
