The construction of teachers in vocational education has always been a part of Vocational Education in China.In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational teachers,in 2016,China began to recruit the first batch of Postgraduates in the field of Master of Education Vocational and Technical Education,and set up a number of directions corresponding to secondary vocational professional settings,among which tourism service direction is one of them.Vocational identity of pre-service teachers of tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools plays an important role in pre-service teachers' learning,future career selection,employment and career development.Improving the professional identity level of pre-service teachers of tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools is of great significance to the development of teachers of Vocational Education in China.Based on the literature research and the characteristics of the major,this paper designs and compiles the Vocational Identity Scale for Pre-service Teachers of Tourism Service Specialty in Secondary Vocational Schools,and classifies the Vocational Identity as Vocational Cognition,Vocational Emotion,Vocational Value,Vocational Behavior and Vocational Victory.Ability and career gains are six dimensions.Through the questionnaire data acquisition,using EXCEL and SPSS 21.0 data analysis software for quantitative analysis,the analysis found that:(1)the overall level of professional identity of pre-service teachers of tourism services in secondary vocational schools is high,at a medium level.(2)There is no significant difference in the professional identity of pre-service teachers of tourism service specialty between the sexes,but the fluctuation range of female students is larger than that of male students.(3)There are significant differences in occupational identity among different grades;there are significant differences in occupational emotional dimensions among different grades;there are significant differences in occupational competence dimensions among different grades;there may be significant differences or no significant differences in occupational acquisition among different grades.(4)There are significant differences in the professional identity of pre-service teachers in tourism service specialty among different subject backgrounds,and the lowest score is obtained for pre-service teachers in tourism related specialties.(5)The overall level of cross-professional postgraduate entrance examination has significant difference at 0.05 level,and cross-professional postgraduate entrance examination has an impact on professional identity.(6)From the perspective of professional adjustment,vocational and technical education(tourism services)major adjustment students have a higher proportion than other education master's professional direction adjustment,but whether or not the adjustment has no impact on professional identity.(7)There is no significant difference between the reasons for postgraduate study and the overall level of professional identity.The most common reason for postgraduate study is to continue to study tourism,but it is difficult to obtain academic master's degree.Through the analysis of the interview results of the research subjects,three factors affecting the professional identity of pre-service teachers in tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools are summarized:(1)external environmental factors: national education policy factors,social identity factors,school attention and training methods factors;(2)internal environmental factors: professional identity factors,personal ability factors,personal interest factors.Factor(3)Practical activity factor: Education practice factor,employment factor according to the influence factors from the education authorities,training units(institutions of higher learning),third-party cooperation units,research subjects themselves put forward several strategies to improve the professional identity level of pre-service teachers in secondary vocational schools.
