In recent years,with the promotion of the National slogan of "sports into campus",badminton has also entered the primary school campus with this Dongfeng.As the best Haidian District in Beijing,more and more primary schools have carried out badminton after-school training.And formed the capital "a beautiful landscape." As a new type of after-school training program,badminton has little research before it.In order to better make up for this research and better develop the after-school training of elementary school badminton.Through the questionnaire,expert interview method,field investigation and other investigation methods,this paper studies the status quo of the primary school badminton after-school training in Haidian District,Beijing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In the study,two representative schools were also cited for case analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Children and parents have a supportive attitude towards badminton after-school training,and at the same time show certain doubts;In the choice of extra-curricular training for badminton,there is a difference between the starting point of the child and the parent.The child’s choice is mainly based on interest,and the parent is more concerned with the child’s future.2.The school leaders have a supportive attitude towards the attitude of afterschool badminton training.However,in the training process,they are too decentralized to the social training organization,and the training program is mainly set by the social training organization.Among the teachers’ choices,both the internal and external teachers are mainly badminton special students.Especially among the external teachers,the physical education students have become the “preferences” for after-school training.The school cooperation coaches mostly have badminton specialties.Experienced teacher.3.The school’s venue facilities update is not timely and the lack of badminton professional teachers is still one of the main factors that hinder the development of school after-school training.Beijing Haidian District primary school after-school badminton training through the cooperation of other training modes can basically solve the venue and teachers These two questions.4.At present,the badminton extracurricular training in the primary school of Haidian District,Beijing is mainly carried out in the three modes of “independent afterschool training”,“jointly with social clubs” and “joint mode with universities”.The form is still relatively simple;The coaching system is mainly used,and the coaches account for a considerable proportion in the training process.At present,the normative and scientific nature of the badminton training in primary schools in Haidian District is still insufficient.The number of participants in the preliminary school stage is large and there is no standardized training.Questions such as lesson plans abound.5.After the badminton training process,only pay attention to the study of physical skills,while ignoring the psychological and intelligent exercise,the training intensity is basically maintained in moderation,the form is relatively simple.The training time basically meets the minimum training time requirement;a few schools have obvious results in the after-school badminton training,and some talents are sent to the Beijing Sports School,but the competition mode is less selective,mainly in the city competition and the school competition.Lord,there is a lack of communication between the school games.In response to the conclusions,the following solutions are proposed: 1.Solve the problem of facility renewal,ensure the stable investment of funds,and broaden the channels of sponsorship;2.Improve the teaching quality of teachers and strengthen the selection mechanism of coaches;3.Various training organization modes within and outside the school Combine and strengthen the rationalization of its own management mechanism;4.Fully grasp the children’s points of interest to form lifelong sports;5.Improve the competition system and strengthen the standardization of off-campus training;6.Teachers should systematically arrange training and scientifically publicize the benefits of badminton. |
