Study On Cultivation Mode Of Croatian Elite Basketball Player

Although Croatia is a small country with small population,it is good at basketball and got lots of excellent performance because of its special basketball player cultivation model.However,at present,China's research on how to develop elite basketball players in Croatia is still zero.There are relatively few articles on the cultivation model of European basketball,but also there is lack of field research.The author being used to study at the faculty of kinesiology,University of Zagreb in Croatia as an Erasmus student and took this advantage opportunity to in-depth study of several representative basketball clubs in the local area and feel the local basketball culture and humanistic characteristics.Therefore,a relatively objective and accurate understanding was figured out.Therefore,this research can provide a meaningful reference for the cultivation mode of basketball talents in China.This thesis takes the cultivation mode of Croatian elite basketball player as the research object,and uses the method of literature data,field research,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the cultivation mode of Croatian elite basketball players.The following are conclusions:1.Croatia has inherited the basketball tradition and system of Yugoslavia;the geographical advantage adjacent to many basketball powers has increased the chances of Croatian players participating in high-level leagues.The special political environment in Croatia has made sports rise to the level of the country and the nation.2.Sports is a way of life for Croatian.This good sports atmosphere has created a unique advantage for Croatian basketball.The flexible education system provides time guarantees for young people to participate in basketball training.3.The cultivation mode of Croatian excellent basketball players is:In terms of player selection,the club cooperates with local primary and secondary schools.The policy of only paying a small fee or free training for the primary and secondary school students in the club has attracted many young people to participate in basketball training.In terms of training,high-level grassroots coaches with love and patience,small class training systems for adolescents,coaches paying attention to the cultivation of team awareness of low-age players constitute the main factors for high-quality training in Croatia.In terms of competition,Croatian professional players participate in many highlevel European leagues every season.These European leagues have greatly improved the competitive level of Croatian players.In addition,Croatia's domestic leagues are closely linked at all levels,and different level of leagues that implements the system of ascending and descending every season increase the enthusiasm of the team.The youth league makes Croatian players have a high level of competition and competition experience during their youth.In terms of coaches,Croatia has a well-trained coaching system,and the Basketball Association's all-round support for coaches enables players of all ages in Croatia to receive guidance from high-level coaches.In terms of technology services,Croatian research institutes with advanced concepts and advanced technologies provide a full range of scientific research services for players of all ages.Under the guidance of high-level coaches and technical support from research institutes,younger Croatian players are more likely to be an elite player.
