With the continuous development of Asian football,the AFC Champions League,as the highest level football event in Asia,has attracted the attention of many Chinese fans,In addition,Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao Football Club won two AFC Champions in 2013 and 2015,which brought unlimited joy to Chinese fans,and also set off a wave of football.With the rapid development of modern football,the intensity of the game has increased,and the physical confrontation between the players also has increased.Every referee's penalty on the court has received much attention.This thesis conducts statistical research through 126 games in the 2018 AFC Champions League,which aims to provide useful reference for Chinese football referees,coaches and athletes.The following conclusions were drawn from the research:1.More fouls were committed in west Asia than in east Asia.The midfield area is the east,west Asia foul high-frequency area.East Asia foul concealment is stronger than west Asia,pushing and shoving foul is east,west Asia in all fouls most.2.More fouls were committed in the penalty area in west Asia than in east Asia,mainly during the 76-90 min period,and tripping or attempting to tripping was the reason that the most penalties occurred in east Asia and west Asia.3.In offside foul,west Asia is more than east Asia.East Asian teams committed the most offside fouls in the 46-60 min period,while west Asian teams committed the most offside fouls in the 76-90 min period.Middle offside is the area with the most offside fouls of all.4.West Asia has more red and yellow cards per game than east Asia.76-90 min is the period with the most red and yellow cards.
