Contrastive Analysis Of Chinese And Foreign Competitors' Complete Sets Of Movements In Individual Women's Aerobics Gymnastics Of Ageing Group Two Under The Guidance Of Rules

With the rapid development of aerobic gymnastics,China's aerobics players of adult group have repeatedly achieved good results in international competitions,and which is closely to the reserve strength of aerobic gymnastics in our country.China's Ageing group two won the silver medal in the team event at the 2018 world junior championships.However,in recent years,the number of the foreign young female players is large,and many of them with good physical form,and strong physical quality,which brings great challenges to our players.So as to make Chinese aerobics reserve force strong,and also in order to provide reserve mechanism for the talent women player of adult group,this study used the methods of video analysis and questionnaire survey,and by means of the multidimensional comparative analysis of the top eight of the individual female event's sets of movements which are totally 32 in the world junior championships and championship ageing group two(master group)in 2016 and 2018 under the competition rules of the two cycles of 2013-2016 and 2017-2020,which show the result that although under the rule guidance of the 2017-2020 cycle,the sets of movements of Chinese and foreign ageing-group-two individual female event players are both artistic and aesthetic,but there are still great differences between Chinese and foreign excellent individual female players.The specific research results are as follows:1.Under the guidance of the 2017-2020 cycle rules,the difficulty of Chinese and foreign players to achieve quality improvement;The difficulty score and regional distribution of foreign players are more balanced,and the number and type of difficulty connections are many,and the position is biased.The difficulty distribution of Chinese players is decreasing,and the difficulty distribution in the central area is too much.Group C has less difficulty reserve;The difficulty explosive force and thedetail is poor,our country player's 0.8 point value difficulty more kind.2.The number of Chinese and foreign players operating units is 9-11,and the quality of handling is significantly improved.The rhythm of foreign players' movements is varied and the space level is more vivid;The rhythm of Chinese players 'movements is relatively single.3.In order to obtain G + in the main content,Chinese and foreign players often connect skill movements with transitional movements or distort skill movements as transitional movements,and simple transition movements are significantly reduced.Among them,the transition of foreign players has high strength and high originality;Our country player's transitional connection movement is less original.Chinese and foreign players have a variety of skills and actions,and the number of flip skills has increased significantly,and the number of flip skills has decreased.4.In the time distribution of the complete set of actions,the distribution of the complete set of action paragraphs of foreign players is more balanced;In the use of the plane area,the field utilization rate of Chinese and foreign players has improved,and the utilization rate of Chinese players in the peripheral plane area is higher than that of foreign players.In the use of vertical space,the space types of A-B and B-A of Chinese and foreign players have been significantly reduced,the space types of B-C-B and B-C-A have been significantly increased,and the high space types of foreign players are significantly more than those of Chinese players;The use of high spatial levels has become the key to competition among players.
