The sinusoidal theorem pla ys an important role in mathematics learning in senior high school. This stud y anal yz es the important position of sinusoidal theorem from three aspects : mathematics histor y,curriculum standards at home and abroad, and college entrance examination situation.Combining with the fact that students have cognitive impairments in the stud y of sinusoidal theorem, this stud y uses APOS theor y to stud y the cognitive impairment of Senior Grade Three students' learning sinusoidal t heorem.Firstly, this stud y divides the teaching of sinusoidal theorem into four stages with the help of APOS theor y,and clarifies the learning requirements that students should meet in each stage,so as to test the students b y setting the tests according to the requirements, and anal yzes the obtained data quantitativel y through SPSS21.0 software.Secondl y,this stud y anal yz es the students' test results qualitativel y from three dimensions of Gagne's learning result classification. The following conclusions were obtained:1.Under the APOS theory, senior students' of learning of the sinusoidal theorem are staged. There is little difference between students during the activit y stage and the process stage, and the overall situation is better. There is much roo m for development for the students in the object stage b y working hard. The difference of students in schema stage is large, and the overall situation is not ideal. At the same time, learn ing at each stage is continuous the previous stage learning is the b asis of the latter stage.2.High school students have cognitive impairment in these three aspects: verbal information, wisdom skills and cognitive strategies in ever y stage.3.The overall difference between male students and female students is small. The pass rate of girls is higher and the rate of excellence of bo ys is higher. This is due to the fact that girls have a more nuanced personalit y and that bo ys are more active in their thinking.4.The author of this paper also puts forward five pieces of adv ice for teachers' teaching: create situational teaching, arouse students ' enthusiasm;let students do the work b y themselves and give full pla y to the students ' subjectivit y;problem-oriented and inspire students to think;cooperate with full practice an d highlight the essence of concept;pa y attention to consistenc y and integrit y of teaching.
