| China has sufficient human resourcesand the huge demographic dividend has brought impetus to China’s economic developmentsince the beginning of reform with the rapid development of China’s economy.The deliberate distortion of China’s labor force prices has a positive effect on solving the employment of surplus agricultural labor and actively participating in the world’s sub-tools.Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the gradual completion of China’s economic development and capital accumulation,the deepening of the adjustment of the economic structure of the people and the upgrading of the industrial structure,there has been a relative decrease in the labor supply in the job market,and the structural contradiction between employment difficulties and recruitment difficulties.Wages guide the flow of labor among different regions and industries.Therefore,studying the distortions of the wages of the industry is of great significance in analyzing the status of the employed people in various industries in the labor market and in improving the level and quality of the current employment.This article uses theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the employment problem in China from the perspective of wage distortions.First,this paper analysis the causes of wage distortionand the impact on employment.Secondly,the current status of wage distortions in China’s industries was measured and analyzed.It was found that in addition to positive wage distortions in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,there are negative distortions in other industries.Overall,the degree of industrial distortion in our country shows a declining trend year by year.Analyze wage distortions in larger industries.The panel data model of industrial wage distortion and employment was established to study the relationship between the two factors.Finally,Proposed relevant policy recommendations based on the perspective of wage distortion. |
