Track and field tradition project school as a primary form of three-level network sports training management system in our country,but also an important part of school physical education to the development of our country sports work laid a certain foundation,the development of it not only promotes the development of the physical health of teenagers in China,more output of sports reserve talent resources and reserves made a major contribution.With the development of heze’s economic level and the enhancement of its sports consciousness in recent years,heze actively responded to the call of national policies to implement relevant sports documents,making the achievements of competitive sports in heze in recent years develop rapidly in the whole province.In this paper,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,by two caoxian county first middle school,ltd.was first middle school track and field tradition project no.3 middle school senior middle school and there are two ordinary senior middle schools,ltd.was second middle school as the research object,about the present situation of the coaches,athletes,the present situation,the research on current situation and present situation of logistics,and through the track and field tradition project contrast between high school and senior high school,to find the heze city track and field tradition project the advantages and disadvantages of the development of senior secondary school after school training Find out the substantial problems for the development of heze traditional track and field project senior middle school,and draw the following conclusions.1.The school-running mode of heze traditional track and field project senior middle school is independent,and the training mode is relatively single,lacking of innovation consciousness and delivery channel,which greatly affects the development of the after-school training of traditional track and field project senior middle school.In addition,heze traditional track and field project senior middle school after-school training projects mainly focus on the track and field special projects with relatively simple technology such as sprinting,middle and long distance running and throwing,which do not have the hardware and software strength requirements to carry out diversified track and field projects.2.Most of the coaches in heze traditional track and field program senior middle schools have bachelor’s degree,age structure is between 37 and 51 years old,and the teaching years are more than two years,with good professional dedication,but generally low innovation consciousness and scientific research level.The age of athletes is between 15 and 19 years old.In the actual training process,there is the phenomenon of failure to complete the training plan.In addition,poor families,short training years and low level of sports are also common among athletes.3.Heze traditional track and field project senior middle school has obvious advantages over ordinary senior middle school in carrying out track and field after-school training.The senior middle school of track and field traditional project has great advantages in athlete source,management,transportation and logistics support.4.The logistics support of heze traditional track and field project senior middle school is seriously insufficient,and there is a general lack of guarantee conditions and awareness.The funding sources of track and field after-school training mainly depend on the school and relevant government departments.Sports venues and equipment can basically meet the daily needs of track and field training after school,but still can not reach the ideal state.5.Through factor analysis,it is found that the main factors influencing the development of the extracurricular training of track and field in heze traditional track and field project senior middle school are learning and training factors,development factors,logistics support factors,coach factors,management factors and innate factors.
