The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Students' Work Management Informationization In Newly-established Secondary School

Nowadays,informatization has become a trend,a mainstream,a catalyst for the advancing development of society.Responsible for duties of college students'ideological and political education and the cultivation of innovative talents,the student management in higher education industry aims at cultivating talents.It is not only the inevitable trend of development,but also the objective requirement of intrinsic development law for itself.All kinds of convenient and effective information and office patterns brought by the informatization of student management have promoted related efforts to a large extent by features of high efficiency,great convenience and fast velocity of informatization.Therefore,strengthening the informatization construction for university student affairs,promoting the process of relevant management informatization and using informatization to achieve efficient student management in higher education industry is a practical problem that all colleges and universities should face in the current info background.As a product of the reform and development of education,the secondary college mechanism plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole university.Under the background of informatization,the development status of informatization of student affairs management in secondary colleges will affect the realization of the informatization of student affairs management in the whole university.College A,as a state-run college with folk funding,the construction of informatization must enlist supports from both sides,the reality of which has brought new opportunities as well as challenges for the informatization of student affairs management in A college.A institute should correctly recognize the existing problems,actively solving the problems under the current circumstance in its developing process,and strengthen the construction and development of the informatization of student management according to the existing conditions.This paper takes the informatization process of student affairs management in A Institute as the research object.Based on the summary of existing theoretical results,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews,theoretical analysis and literature research methods to analyze,discussing related concepts such as secondary college,informatization,student affairs management,explaining related theories like incentive management,life cycle management,with defects in informatization of student affairs management reflected by means of degree measuring of understanding and application from students and student work team in the field of informatization of student affairs management,and actively explore the reasons for such questions,practical ways,and countermeasures of informatization construction,so as to improve and enhance college students information management level and promote the high quality and efficiency of student work.
