| Higher vocational colleges,like undergraduate colleges,are important contents of higher education in China.Different from the training of research talents,higher vocational colleges aim to train advanced technical talents and provide useful talents for the production line.Therefore,higher vocational education emphasizes the vocational training of students.However,the current fierce social competition and huge employment pressure make higher vocational students face more psychological problems,and also challenges the current psychological health education in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper uses SCL-90 Mental Health Survey Scale and Mental Health Education Development Questionnaire to investigate 579 students in Z Vocational College,to find out the general situation of mental health of students in Z Vocational College,and the characteristics of mental health of students in different majors,families and genders.At the same time,to understand the current situation of mental health education in Z Vocational College and summarize it.At present,some achievements and problems of mental health education in Z higher vocational colleges have been achieved,and the reasons are analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding measures from six aspects: leadership attention,teacher training,curriculum construction,cultivation of students own abilities,improvement of supervision system and integration of social resources,in order to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in Higher Vocational Colleges and promote students’ all-round development. |
