| With the development of society,the importance of vocational education has become increasingly prominent.Vocational education occupies an important position in the field of education:"Without the modernization of Vocational education,there will be no modernization of education".In recent years,vocational education has developed rapidly,its scale is expanding,but the development of vocational education quality is slightly backward.Vocational education needs not only the expansion of scale,but also the continuous improvement of quality.From the educational level,China has set up master’s and doctoral programs in Vocational and technical education for many years,and trained a large number of research-oriented talents for Vocational education.And began to recruit secondary vocational teachers to study for master’s degree in-service,which has made great contributions to the training of Vocational teachers.However,with the development of society,the drawbacks of this training mode become more and more obvious.On July 28,2015,the State Council Committee issued a circular that 45 colleges and universities began the pilot work of training master of education in Vocational and technical education.Up to now,49 schools in China have participated in the training work.There are only two schools in Yunnan Province,one is a comprehensive university and one is a normal university.Up to now,these two schools have welcomed three postgraduate students of Master of Education(Master of Vocational and Technical Education)and the first postgraduate of XX University graduated in June 2018.In this study,a total of 72 postgraduates,12 tutors and 4 leaders from XX Comprehensive University and XX Normal University were investigated.The research was carried out by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis,individual interviews and physical analysis.This study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods,literature review,concept definition and theoretical basis.Chapter two is the investigation of the current situation,as long as it introduces the cultivation status of the postgraduates of Vocational Education in XX Comprehensive University and XX Normal University in the aspects of students’source,curriculum and teaching,professional practice,teachers’situation,dissertations,employment information,etc.The third chapter is a comparative analysis.Through the comparative analysis of XX Comprehensive University,XX Normal University and three training modes,we find their own characteristics,shortcomings and common problems that need to be solved in the training process.The fourth chapter is the system analysis,which analyses the existing training system of vocational education postgraduates in Yunnan Province,and finds out the gap between the efficiency of the system implementation and the goal.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the reasons.The reasons of the gap between the efficiency and the goal of the implementation of the Zen City system are analyzed from the dimensions of the subject,object and environment of the system.Chapter VI is the suggestion part.Based on the investigation and analysis of the previous chapters,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the training system of post-graduate students in Vocational Education in Yunnan Province. |
