Design And Implementation Of Postgraduate Literature Guidance Management System

Postgraduates may face various problems in the process of paper writing and academic research,which are generally attributed to the deviation,inaccuracy and insufficient data retrieval,collection and processing methods of research ideas and research process design.Therefore,in the initial research stage of graduate students,the guidance of the tutor is needed in the process of literature retrieval,literature reading,literature summary and analysis,literature induction,etc.,so that graduate students can quickly cut into the research direction of the tutor and form a correct research idea.This paper studies and designs a graduate literature guidance process management system to assist tutors and graduate students to solve the problem of literature reading supervision.The paper focuses on how to use the document guidance process management system to assist graduate tutors to manage the document guidance process of graduate students during graduate education and promote the improvement of graduate education quality.At the same time,this paper studies how to use the document guidance process management system to record the tutor’s guidance process to graduate students,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the tutor’s entire guidance process.Specific work is as follows:(1)Analyze the relevant technologies and theoretical methods applied in the development of the postgraduate literature guidance process management system and the current status of postgraduate literature guidance.(2)Analyze the current status of the literature guidance process for graduate students,and summarize the existing problems.The specific problems are as follows: the tutor cannot effectively organize and manage the classical literature,and the tutor cannot form an organized data record of the guidance process for graduate students,which makes it difficult for the management department to supervise the guidance situation of graduate students,and it is difficult to backtrack when problems occur in the guidance process.(3)Conduct a detailed analysis of the graduate literature guidance process management system from the two levels of business process and business use cases.The main services of the system include the construction of classic literature database,literature push and recommendation,literature reading supervision and comprehensive evaluation of literature reading guidance.Business use case analysis mainly analyzes the business and related use cases of different roles in the system.(4)According to the analysis of each business,the design of the graduate literature guidance process management system is introduced in detail.The system architecture,class and interface design and database design are introduced briefly,and the implementation of automatic reference recommendation module is introduced in detail.(5)The implementation of graduate literature guidance process management system is introduced in detail.This paper introduces the implementation logic and interface of document database construction,document recommendation,document reading supervision and comprehensive evaluation.This system can well improve the current guidance of postgraduate literature by tutors,not only enabling tutors to keep abreast of the reading situation of postgraduate literature,but also facilitating superior management departments to intuitively understand the research situation of postgraduate literature.At the same time,the guidance process of the tutor can be recorded in detail,so that when problems occur to the graduate students,the source can be traced,the responsibilities of the tutor and graduate students can be clarified,and the rights and interests of the tutor and graduate students can be protected.
