Fixed Assets Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the current education system,the management of fixed assets in Higher Vocational Colleges in China has the basic characteristics of wide coverage,high asset value,scattered asset locations,difficult management,long management cycle and wide impact.The level of fixed assets management in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the quality of teaching,scientific research and management.We should recognize and understand the importance of fixed assets management to the strategic height of school development,constantly optimize the management mode of fixed assets,formulate more reasonable management mechanism and security system of fixed assets in Higher Vocational colleges,in order to further improve the efficiency of the use of fixed assets and school integration.The strength of running schools.In this paper,the business process of fixed assets management in higher vocational colleges is the main research object.Under the guidance of object-oriented development theory of modern software engineering,advanced and mature application software development technology and tools are fully used to design and implement.The whole development process is based on the feasibility of the system and the investigation and study of fixed assets business process.The user needs are analyzed in detail,the system development objectives and the basic principles of system development are defined,and then the overall design,detailed design and database design of the system are completed.Finally,the design is transformed into the whole application system.Finally realized.In the overall design stage,three functional modules of the application system are determined,namely basic information management,fixed assets management and system management.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the system,including reliability,robustness and security,are fully considered in the analysis,design and implementation of the system.The system realized in this paper gives full play to the development advantages of ASP.NET technology,and further shows that ASP.NET technology and ADO.NET data access technology are very useful development tools and implementation platform in the development of fixed assets management system similar to higher vocational colleges.At this stage,the business functions of the fixed assets management system have passed the test smoothly,and the function test andperformance test meet the set goals.The system runs smoothly and can meet the needs of General Higher Vocational Colleges in managing fixed assets.
