Research On Basketball Culture Construction Of Henan Campus Basketball Pilot School

In order to promote the furthering development of campus basketball,the Ministry of Education of He'nan Province has announced the establishment of pilot school of campus basketball in 2016.This program is based on the campus basketball culture construction and development in pilot school.There are 50 pilot schools that have been selected firstly in He'nan province.They are mainly focused on three cities: Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Jiyuan.Most of them are traditional basketball schools or schools with good foundations and achievements in basketball programs.Culture is the soul and blood of a nation,the epitome of the soft-power of a country.Cultural construction is the root of national progress.The essence of the campus basketball construction in pilot schools is the campus basketball culture construction and development.By the development and spread of the basketball culture to improve campus basketball construction.The pilot school has initially formed its own characteristics of campus basketball culture,but there is no unified cultural construction standard.There are some problems during the construction of campus basketball culture.Aimed at the construction of pilot schools,Department of Education of He'nan Province has put forward “Eight-one Work Requirements” and the main content of pilot schools construction.This paper analyzes the cultural content of the "eight one job requirements" and the cultural content of the campus basketball construction in pilot school.By the methods of documentary review,observation,statistics and other mathematical methods,the paper studies the construction of basketball culture of the He'nan Provincial Campus Basketball Pilot School.The paper summarizes that the construction of basketball culture still exists problems below:Firstly,there are some problems in the cognition of basketball and basketball culture in the pilot school body of He'nan province.There are also some perception differences about basketball between male and female student.And there are contradictions between managers and teachers about the cognition of basketball culture.Parents have insufficient recognition to value of basketball.Secondly,the infrastructure construction of basketball in He'nan campus basketball pilot school can basically meet the needs of “Eight-one Work Requirements” in pilot school.However,there are some problems in material school culture in the pilot school,such as the lack of basketball venues,diversified basketball teaching and training equipment and symbolic material construction of basketball.Thirdly,basketball activities are generally carried out in accordance with the "Eight-one Work Requirements" and the construction contents of the pilot schools,but there are still problems in the four aspects: basketball teaching,basketball teachers training,basketball culture festival and basketball competition in the pilot schools.Fourthly,the basketball rules and regulations of the pilot schools are not perfect,and the schools lack the basketball propaganda system,supervision and evaluation system,which can not guarantee the orderly development of school basketball activities.According to “Eight-one Work Requirements”,the requirements of pilot schools' construction,the characteristics of culture and the educational functions,some countermeasures for the basketball culture construction of pilot schools are proposed.Firstly,we should strengthen the awareness of campus subjects on campus basketball and basketball culture.Secondly,We should coordinate the problem of gender differences in basketball cognition among students.Thirdly,We should improve the emphasis of pilot schools on campus basketball culture.Fourthly,We should improve the value recognition of students' parents on campus basketball.
