| At present,with the rapid development of vocational and technical education in China,it is necessary to explore the new mode of management of the class in the secondary vocational school,which is "Student-based",in order to promote the high-quality development of modern professional education.In the modern class management,students become more and more important.We need to use all kinds of incentive mechanism to fully develop the potential and motivation of students,so as to realize the win-win situation of people and organization.So secondary vocational schools "Student-based" class management strategy is the urgent request of developing and practicing education theory.This paper based on the theory of “Student-based” and the related theory of education management,collected data through the literature,analyzed and interpreted the related theoretical basis and background,to explore the nature of the “Student-based” education idea.Secondly,make out the questionnaires for the teachers and students about the condition of the management of the class in the secondary vocational school.Through interview and questionnaire analysis,find out the status questions and analysis of causes on the class management in current secondary vocational school.Mainly including,the low level of“student-based” in the school management mode and management system and evaluation mechanism,the teacher in charge lacking professional happiness,the teacher-student relationship tending to be harmonious,the students’ independence not strong,the teacher in charge paying little attention to students,improper participation of parents,one-sided education concept.Thirdly,in view of the problems,the author combining with the self-experience of the teacher in charge in D secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou,put forward the strategies of the implementation to ensure that the concept of "Student-based" carried out smoothly,such as schools creating a strong "Student-based" management environment,establishing scientific evaluation mechanism of class management;class teachers should improve their professional quality including love and responsibility;subject teachers should improve their “Student based” teaching ability,and carry out related class activities;the students should have the correct understanding of themselves,establish the identity of management subject and improve self-management ability;parents should give full play to their parents’ strength,so as to manage schools well and benefit the whole society.In this paper,we reflect and summarize in practice,and put forward the new trend of “Studentbased” class management in the secondary vocational school under the mobile new media environment and the background of "Internet + education" 、“craftsmanship spirit”. |
