Research On The Formation And Evolution Of Knowledge Sharing Network Configuration Of Interdisciplinary Teams In Colleges And Universities

This thesis takes the interdisciplinary team as the research object,explores and studies the factors affecting the structure of interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing network in universities,and constructs the knowledge sharing network model of interdisciplinary team in Universities from the perspective of social network analysis,taking the actual survey data as samples,to reveal the reasons for the formation of its knowledge sharing network structure;on this basis,the network structure is adopted.Constructive indicators describe the classification of the structure of its knowledge sharing network model,and describe the characteristics of the network structure;study the evolution of its knowledge sharing network structure,and explore the performance of knowledge sharing along with the evolution of its structure.Based on 383 questionnaires and 360 valid questionnaires,we investigated and analyzed the influencing factors of the structure of interdisciplinary knowledge sharing network in scientific research teams.Firstly,we used structural equation model analysis to explore and analyze the most important key influencing factors.In addition,we conducted more than 900 interdisciplinary studies at BIO_X Institute of Stanford University in the United States.According to the three principles of large number of papers,high citation rate and important scientific research awards,a total of 76 scholars' publication information lists are collected year by year,and a citation network is constructed.The social network analysis method is used to calculate the network configuration index of the citation network.From the calculation results,this knowledge sharing based on the citation relationship is seen.Network configuration can be roughly divided into three types: flat structure,radiation structure and mature structure.The influence of network configuration characteristics on knowledge sharing level is quantitatively analyzed,which provides a quantitative analysis basis for the measurement of knowledge sharing level.On the basis of empirical research,based on the common problems faced by interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing in China's universities,the corresponding phases are given.The suggestions provide the basis for the management of interdisciplinary scientific research teams and improve the level of scientific research performance.
