| With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,in the context of the rapid development of digital technology,from the perspective of the global service industry as a whole,the service industry accounts for more than 70%in developed countries.IT outsourcing service industry in China also shows a high growth trend,and its contribution to GDP is increasing more and more.At the same time,with the continuous progress of society and the continuous improvement of female educational level,many women also choose this industry as their lifelong career.But,women of IT outsourcing services facing many prominent problems.This study focuses on the scope of female career management,analyses B company of IT outsourcing services,from the perspective of combining theory and practice to improve the level of female career management,leads to further exploration and research.Firstly,this thesis defines the concept of career management and characteristic s of female career apart,introduces the glass ceiling effect,and analyzes four ba sic theories of career management,career vision,career gender segregation and w ork-family balance.Then,this thesis selects the case of B company in IT outsourcing industry to investigate.By comparing the status of IT outsourcing industry,which includes p olicy support,industry cycle,industry scale,market structure,organizational structu re,personnel structure,corporate culture and other aspects,to summarize the corp orate industry characteristics and enterprise attributes.According to the research,it is found that female career development of B company characterized three aspect s as below:high educational level,centralized age distribution and prominent tech nical characteristics.This reflects three common prominent problems in female care er management of B company(which on ideology,business structure and talent s upply chain aspects).Finally,according to these problems puts forward improvement strategies and suggestions,these suggestions will promote the appearance of enterprise manageme nt on B company.Through personal ascension,organizational development and soc ial progress three aspects to resolve female career management facing a series of special problems,such as fairness for female employee,female career development crisis problems,female the occupational status and so on,realize the successful m anagement of female careers. |
