Research On Selection Method Of High-quality Student Source Base In Colleges And Universities Based On Big Data Technology

Students selection,as a starting link in the construction of colleges and universities,directly affects the admission quality of College freshmen.It is not only an important prerequisite for high-quality output of graduates,but also related to the teaching level of colleges and universities,the quality of personnel training and the comprehensive development of colleges and universities.In recent years,the competition among universities for high-quality students has become more and more fierce,and the situation of students in different universities in different regions is uneven.The problem of students has become a hot topic of great concern to university staff and all walks of life.Therefore,how to select the best suitable students for the university itself has become the primary goal of university recruitment work,and it is also a very valuable research topic at present.This paper makes full use of data mining analysis technology,through statistical analysis and mining management of graduates’ in-school data,summarizes the influencing factors of students’ source quality and makes quantitative analysis of index system and model,generate the selection scheme of high quality student source base,and then optimize the source of students pertinently,strengthen the good docking with the source school.In this study,the author uses R language technology to process the collected data comprehensively,complete data cleaning and processing and data quality control,and form a complete student information database.Through Apriori algorithm of association rules and Complete linkage clustering algorithm,the author explores the model which is consistent with the user’s needs for students,and finds out the data hidden in student information that can provide help for university management decision-making.This research not only completes the distributed management of university data set,but also completes the in-depth analysis and mining of big data on education.Based on the students’ real records,the author fully grasps the students’ growth trajectory and makes a scientific evaluation of their comprehensive performance,which is helpful for colleges and universities to formulate more professional programs to effectively launch enrollment plans and accurately locate the best source base for students to establish cooperative relations.The first chapter of this paper mainly elaborates the research background,research summary,research purpose and significance,research ideas and research methods,and explains the relevant theoretical basis.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the construction of university student source base in detail.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the core parts of the paper,mainly describing the process of using data mining technology to solve the actual student source problem.The author takes the undergraduate source in auniversity in its province,as the research object,constructs the evaluation model of high-quality student source base,and carries out scheme design and empirical research on student source data by using data mining analysis technology.Chapter six is a summary of the work done and the prospect of future research work.
