As an important part of China's national education system,vocational education plays an important role in promoting human resource development,increasing employment,and promoting education equity.In recent years,in order to improve the important functions of vocational education to serve the economic and social development,the Chinese government has successively issued a series of policy measures to promote the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation to ensure the better development of vocational education in the new era.In the process of vocational education development and school running,it will involve multiple parties,including government,industry,enterprises,parents,schools and so on.From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this study draws on multi-disciplinary research viewpoints and research methods,and comprehensively uses literature research methods and interview methods to systematically study the interests of stakeholders and the protection of rights and interests in the process of vocational education activities.In addition to the introduction,the main contents are as follows:Firstly,starting from the typical model of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in our country,the practical characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation are summarized: the diversification of cooperation subjects,the comprehensive content of cooperation,the utilitarian purpose of cooperation;the connotative development of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,new type Industrial development and overall development of people have a positive effect.Secondly,based on the stakeholder theory,the main stakeholders in the school-enterprise cooperation are defined,and the role of various stakeholders in the school-enterprise cooperation process is analyzed.The government and large monopoly enterprises are cooperating in school-enterprise cooperation.In the absolute dominant position,students and small and micro enterprises are in an absolutely inferior position.Teachers,vocational colleges and industry organizations are in a relatively inferior position.Combined with interviews,they further analyze the interests of various stakeholders and play a game.As a reference,it analyzes the interest game phenomenon among stakeholders in school-enterprise cooperation,and points out that there will be conflicts of interest in the game between schools and enterprises,and the inferior parties will lack the capital to participate in the game,and the root of the game is the conflict of values;Finally,based on the dilemma of the protection of the interests of various stakeholders in the school-enterprise cooperation,the paper puts forward the strategic suggestions for the establishment of the guarantee mechanism for the stakeholders' rights and interests of the vocational education: First,it is necessary to pay attention to the interests of all stakeholders and promote the establishment of the rights protection mechanism;It is necessary to guide all stakeholders to establish an overall interest value orientation and guide the absentee to make up the position;third,it is necessary to create a good social environment for all stakeholders to participate in school-enterprise cooperation.
