A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Students' Satisfaction Degree In "One Village And One College Student Project" In Jiangxi Province

Since the new century,the "three rural issues" has gradually become the bottleneck of our country's rural economic development.The shortage of rural talents is one of the main reasons for restricting rural development.In order to solve the problem of rural talent training,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural talents.To build a high-quality rural labourers to improve the current situation of rural personnel.In recent years,the CPC Central Committee has issued a series of policies to support agriculture and benefit agriculture,among which the "one village,one college student project" policy has been implemented throughout the country since it was promulgated.Jiangxi provincial government responded positively,after eight years of "one village and one university student plan" in Jiangxi Province,it took the lead in promoting it in 2011.Grade for Jiangxi Province,"a village,a college student project." So,in the process of implementing this policy has really benefited the vast number of students friends? What are the students' satisfaction with the implementation of "one Village and one University Student Project" in Jiangxi Province? If the student's satisfaction is not optimistic,what are the main factors that affect the student's satisfaction?From the perspective of student satisfaction,the author combines the project tenet,training goal,training object and so on of "one village and one college student project" in Jiangxi Province,draws lessons from the theory of customer satisfaction,from the individual endowment,the family environment,and so on.The three levels of training perception which may affect students' satisfaction have designed a more complete and effective questionnaire.This questionnaire adopts random sampling method.On the basis of extensive on-the-spot survey on the teaching points of Jiangxi Agricultural University and some students of Jiangxi Radio and Television University,the author makes a statistical analysis of the 192 valid questionnaires obtained by using Stata12.0.The satisfaction degree of students in the implementation of "one village and one college student project" in Jiangxi Province was measured by combining quantity with qualitative analysis,and the main factors affecting student satisfaction were found out by Logistic regression analysis.The author concludes that the satisfaction of students in the implementation of "one Village and one College Student Project" in Jiangxi Province is high,but it still needs to be improved in the aspects of curriculum design,teacher resources,training methods,and follow-up services.At the same time,there are significant differences in age,education level,income source,distance from teaching point to students' satisfaction evaluation on "one village and one college student project".In view of this,this paper makes the following recommendations:(1)Strengthening propaganda and raising farmers' awareness;(2)optimize the training course and perfect the curriculumsystem;(3)make use of many resources to guarantee the teachers;(4)improve the teaching method and expand the training base;(5)consolidate financial support and remove students' worries;(6)increase follow-up investment and implement long-term service.In order to provide some suggestions and theoretical support for the further implementation of "one Village and one University Student Project" in Jiangxi Province and the optimization of rural human capital in China.
