Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Internal Financial Control In M University

With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the state has increased its investment in education,and China's higher education institutions are facing unprecedented rapid development.Chinese colleges and universities gradually have greater autonomy.The economic activities of colleges and universities are gradually complicated and diversified,and the scale of funds available to colleges and universities is also growing.This new development situation is increasing the financial risks faced by Chinese universities.With the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities,the lack of attention to the internal control of financial in colleges and universities has led to frequent corruption cases,and most of them involve college economic operations,which seriously threatens the financial security of colleges and universities.Besides,the most important part of the internal control of colleges and universities is the internal control of financial institutions,it plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the focus of university construction should be focused on the internal control of universities now,especially the financial internal control of colleges and universities.By constantly standardizing and improving the internal financial control system of colleges and universities,and gradually realizing the standardization,informatization and scientificization of college finance,it can not only further improve the utilization rate of funds,but also provide a reliable guarantee for the long-term stable and rapid development of colleges and universities.This paper first introduces the principles,concepts,functions,objectives and basic contents of financial internal control in higher education institutions.Then taking the status quo of financial internal control of M colleges as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of financial internal control,and combines the background and development of M colleges to formulate suitable methods for financial internal control of M colleges.
