In the 1960 s and 1970 s,the practice and research of higher education quality assurance in developed countries developed rapidly.By this century,"quality" has become the core concept of the development of higher education in the world.As an important part of higher education,higher career education can only survive and develop if it actively welcomes industrial transformation and upgrading in China and cultivates high-quality and skilled talents.Only in this way can it reflect its own value in social progress.Under the background of "quality era" and school development requirements,China's vocational colleges have undergone two rounds of assessment in 2004 and 2008,which played an important role in our past development.In 2015,the ministry of education changed the original idea of evaluation,and established the management idea of guiding vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training through "diagnosis and improvement work",intending to establish a new quality control mode of vocational education.Under the request of the ministry of education and the national special committee,jiangxi province also started to launch the related diagnostic improvement work,and carried out specific exploration and practice on the internal quality assurance system construction of the first batch of six pilot colleges.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part clarifies the research background and significance,current research trends and achievements at home and abroad,as well as research methods,research contents and ideas.The second part,the development process of higher vocational education evaluation and the current teaching and clinical reform of vocational colleges and universities in China,and focuses on the analysis of the development trend of internal quality assurance system construction in vocational colleges.The third part,under this background,jiangxi province also launched the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges,which was actively explored and practiced by the first batch of 6higher vocational colleges.This research adopts the field investigation and interview method,investigation and interviews with experts,the higher vocational colleges,higher vocational college teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,at the same time a pilot in jiangxi colleges and universities "quality assurance" for up to six months internship practice,change to attend the provincial higher vocational teaching diagnosis expert committee plenary session,the pilot colleges and universities in jiangxi province internal quality assurance system of the construction of the concrete exploration practice conducted a comprehensive system of investigation,through to the materials collected and interviews,it is concluded that the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges construction results.The fourth part analyzes the predicament of internal quality assurance system construction in higher vocational colleges of jiangxi province from three aspects: concept level,system level and management level.The fifth part,for the construction of network,and has strong warning function and incentive effect of internal quality assurance system construction put forward concrete Suggestions and ideas on the shaping of modern culture of quality,content of five levels "build,research and development of the second chain" intelligent diagnosis platform,show the features of school autonomy,instead will examine changes linked to performance appraisal,the results on the implementation of clinical review work.The sixth part,conclusion and prospect.
