Research On The Quality Cultivation Of Student Cadres In Civilian-Run Colleges And Universities In The New Media Age

Student cadres in private colleges are the main force in the management of private students,an important auxiliary force for schools and teachers,and an important bridge for communication between teachers and students.Nowadays,the new media application platform has sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain.It has put forward new demands and challenges to the work of student cadres in private colleges and universities.How to adapt to this new situation and better carry out the work has become a difficult problem in front of the college students.Therefore,in the context of the new media era,it is of great practical significance to put forward the main measures to cultivate the quality of the student cadres in private colleges and universities in accordance with the general situation and the existing problems of the quality training of the 10 private colleges and universities in Nanchang.This paper,taking the quality training of student cadres in private colleges and universities as the research object,adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative study,and selects 10 students from private colleges and universities in Nanchang to carry out a questionnaire survey.Through the combination of empirical research and theoretical analysis,the quality of private high school students' Cadres' quality training is deeply divided.Analysis,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is a brief overview of the research achievements of some experts and scholars on the quality and training of college students,and the purpose and significance of the study of the quality of the student cadres in private colleges and universities are put forward.The second part: put forward the theoretical basis and significance of training the quality of the student cadres in private colleges and universities,and define the concept of private colleges and universities,student cadres,quality and training.The third part: through the investigation,we analyze the quality and cultivation of student cadres in private colleges and universities in the new media age.The fourth part: put forward the problems and causes of the quality cultivation of student cadres in private universities.The fifth part: the system puts forward the effective measures to strengthen and improve the quality training of the student cadres in the new media era.These measures include paying attention to the leading role of the society,giving full play to the guarantee function of the University,attaching importance to the cornerstone function of the family education,and strengthening its own construction and higher education.
