"Internet + Education"has promoted the development of education informatization in China,and has achieved extensive participation in education.The number of online learning registrations has grown exponentially.However,a high registration rate does not mean a high completion rate.The high dropout rate of online learners and the unsatisfactory learning results have become the bottleneck of the development of online learning,which has attracted the attention of researchers.The biggest drawback of online learning is that people are separated from each other,causing the interaction between learners-teachers,learners-learners,and learners and learning resources to be blocked.Studies have shown that as the subject of online learning,learners can directly perceive the influence of teaching interaction on their learning effects,and use the interactive teaching experience as an important indicator to evaluate the quality of online learning.However,few researchers focus on online teaching interactions to explore their impact on satisfaction.Based on this,taking online learning as the research background,the paper starts from the perspective of online learners and takes instructional interaction as the research foothold.At the same time,the paper draws on the mature customer satisfaction index model,and constructs the influencing factors model of online instructional interaction.Through questionnaires,data analysis and other methods,this paper studies some undergraduates in Central China Normal University.On the basis of sample analysis and model updating,this article provides corresponding promotion strategies and suggestions.This study hopes to provide a reference for further research on instructional interaction in online learning in the future,and to enrich the theoretical research on online learner satisfaction assessment.The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one elaborates the research background and significance of the issues focused on in the thesis,and summarizes and reviews the relevant studies of scholars at home and abroad,so as to determine the main contents,research ideas and main methods used in this study,as well as the writing framework of the thesis.Chapter two defines the core concepts in the research and takes the related research theories as the support of the paper.Chapter three is to build this research model by referring to the customer satisfaction models of various countries,and put forward relevant research hypothesis and design corresponding questionnaires.Chapter four mainly carries on the statistical analysis to the collected data,identifies,tests and amends the influencing factors model.The fifth chapter is the analysis and discussion of the whole research process and results,and provides relevant strategies and suggestions for improving learners'satisfaction with online teaching interaction.Chapter six reflects on the shortcomings of the research and expects future research.Chapter six summarizes and reflects on the shortcomings in the research of this paper,and expects future research.
