With the expansion of the popularization of higher education in the world,the quality of education has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress emphasizes that improving the quality of education is the core task of the educational reform and the development of the quality of higher education is the most important task of the educational reform.Master’s degree education is an important link in the cultivation of "advanced talents" in higher education.To explore the achievement of graduate students in China and its influence mechanism will be helpful to improve the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and is of great significance to improve the quality of higher education in China.The essence of education is to cultivate people,so the evaluation of educational quality needs to return to the students themselves.In recent years,with the change of educational quality view,students’ harvest has developed into an important evaluation standard to measure the quality of students’ training.Taking the harvest of master’s students as the main research object,this paper adopts the method of combination of normative analysis and empirical research,and focuses on the current situation of the achievement and expectation of master students,and the synergy and gap between them.The possible factors that affect the harvest of master students and their mechanism and how to control these factors to improve the harvest of study are studied in this paper.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the relevant research and theory,this paper analyzes and defines the concept of reading harvest in depth,selects the possible influencing factors,and constructs the theoretical model of the influence mechanism of the study harvest of master students to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of empirical research.Using statistical analysis,econometric model and other methods and tools to carry on the empirical analysis and statistical inference to the sample data.On this basis,in order to reveal the formation mechanism of the harvest of master’s degree students in China,a self-designed questionnaire of master’s degree students was compiled,asurvey was carried out across the country,and statistical analysis,econometric model and other methods and tools was used to carry on the empirical analysis and statistical inference to the sample data.Based on the empirical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows: first,the harvest of graduate students is generally at the general level,and there is a deviation between the expectation and the harvest;second,there are significant differences in the achievement of master’s degree students in different family economic conditions,and the family economic capital affects the equity of education results;third,the achievement of master’s degree students in different grades is significantly different,and the second-year training plan of graduate students needs to be improved;fourth,personal input is the first factor that affects the achievement of graduate students,and plays a decisive role in its formation;fifthly,the academic environment is the second factor that affects the achievement of graduate students,and the influence of colleges and universities is very important;sixth,the formation of master’s study harvest is the result of multiple factors,and the indirect factors should not be ignored.Combined with the theoretical analysis,the research puts forward the following countermeasures: first,to change the educational quality view and attach importance to the achievement of master’s degree students;second,to pay attention to the vulnerable groups of master’s degree students and to avoid the "Matthew effect" of social capital;third,improve the talent training mechanism and make efficient use of the second research time;fourth,grasp the primary factors and improve the master’s own investment;fifth,pay attention to external support,and create a good academic environment;sixth,strengthen the construction of colleges and universities,and increase policy support. |
