Research On The Training Mode Of International Economic And Trade Talents In Guangxi Local Undergraduate Universities Under The Background Of China-asean

With in-depth exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in economy,politics,science and technology,culture and education,Guangxi is at the forefront of the ten ASEAN countries,making it one of the most active areas for educational exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN,and an important base for talent cultivation between China and ASEAN.The international trade cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN makes its demand for high-level talents in international trade increase rapidly,which will inevitably bring about the contradiction between talent demand and talent supply.Guangxi local undergraduate colleges and universities undertake the important task of training high-quality international economic and trade talents to meet the needs of regional talents and promote the cooperative development between Guangxi and ASEAN.In the context of China-ASEAN,the main objective of international economic and trade talents training in Guangxi local undergraduate universities is to provide high-quality international economic and trade talents that can meet the development needs of Guangxi and ASEAN regions,and to further highlight its talent advantages on the basis of Guangxi's location advantages,thus becoming an important driving force for regional economic and cooperative development between Guangxi and ASEAN.Based on the current situation of the international economic and trade personnel training mode in Guangxi universities under the ASEAN background,this paper analyzes several typical modes of international economic and trade personnel training in Nanning universities,investigates and studies the existing problems,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the international economic and trade personnel training mode in Guangxi universities under the ASEAN background from the aspects of training objectives,training process,training system and evaluation by comparing and drawing on the advanced experience of foreign developed countries or regions.Through research,we find that there are still many problems in the operation of the current international economic and trade personnel training mode in Guangxi universities,which are reflected in the urgent need to update the personnel training objectives and concepts,the imperfect curriculum system,the weak practical teaching links,the lagging behind of single teaching contents and methods,the low level of teaching staff,the incomplete training quality and evaluation system,and many other aspects,due to the lack of educational resources and the lack of motivation of the subject and object of education.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:from the perspective of training objectives,renew the concept of talent training and gradually shift to"one type,three types";Strengthen personnel training objectives and enhance professional identity.From the perspective of training process,reasonably balance the curriculum structure and highlight the characteristics of regional internationalization.Meeting the needs of students and strengthening practical teaching;Pay attention to the renewal of teaching contents and innovate teaching methods and technical means;To build a multi-disciplinary team of teachers with " double qualifications,double qualifications and bilingualism".Judging from the training system and evaluation,we should take quality as the guidance and complete the quality monitoring system of talent training.Pay attention to sustainable development and establish a " student-teacher-society"three-dimensional evaluation mechanism.
