China's Vocational Education Assistance And Cooperation Research In Keny

Education cooperation is an important area for China-Africa cooperation.In particular,with the continuation of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation,China's aid to Africa education and cooperation has entered a new stage.Among them,the importance of vocational education assistance and cooperation in the field of educational cooperation has become increasingly prominent.On the one hand,the industrialization process of African countries is gradually accelerating,and the government's efforts to promote the implementation of industrialization are obviously increasing.On the other hand,the shortage of technical talents in African countries is prominent,providing more space for the two sides to better carry out vocational education cooperation.Among many African countries,Kenya is one of the African countries with relatively stable economic development.The industrialization development is highly valued by the government.From the four major agendas of the national development strategy proposed by the Kenyan government(Big four agenda),it is the first to participate in the "One Belt and One Road initiative of the Chinese government.This research focuses on the vocational education and training programs carried out by Chinese-funded enterprises in Kenya through literature search,field research,comparative analysis,etc.from the perspective of China's assistance to non-vocational education.Firstly,the thesis sorts out the history and current situation of the development of vocational education in Kenya,and on the basis of summarizing the practice of Sino-Ken education cooperation,further analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of vocational education in Kenya;then through comparative research,analyzes the World Bank,the United Kingdom,Germany.Waiting for vocational education assistance to Kenya and its impact;Finally,using qualitative research methods,through questionnaires and interviews,using Nvivo software,in-depth analysis of the case of Sino-Ken vocational education cooperation,summed up the results and experience of China's Kenyan vocational education assistance and cooperation,and Put forward the enlightenment and suggestions for better cooperation between China and Kenya vocational education.
