Research On Educational Management Information System

Education is related to the development of the country.For this reason,China has put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and education and strengthening the country by talents on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the rapid development of Internet,in the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government leaders clearly put forward to adhere to the new "informatization" road with Chinese characteristics,and to develop the "informatization" construction and enhance the "informatization" level to an unprecedented strategic height.Therefore,the development of educational informatization has been highly valued by our government.On April 13,2018,the "Action Plan for Educational Informatization 2.0" was issued,which conforms to the development of education in the intelligent environment.It is of great significance to promote the development of educational informatization in China.Based on Internet platform and information technology and equipment,educational management information system can make the development level of education informatization more fully reflected,and the establishment of a sound education management information system is of great significance to promote the development of education informatization and improve the level of national quality.This paper studies the development course and current situation of educational management information system in the process of educational informatization at home and abroad,and makes a comparative analysis.Based on the research and analysis of the Action Plan of Educational Informatization 2.0 on the basis of the related research of educational informatization and educational management information system at home and abroad,this paper analyses the educational management information system in China from two aspects of information system and project management.The problems encountered in the process of development and improvement are put forward,such as establishing public network learning platform and exchange forum,popularizing and applying mobile education software system platform,expanding education resources database,increasing investment in system construction,improving management system,strengthening team construction and management.Through these measures,the construction of education management information system can be improved,and the learning environment of the people can be improved.To deepen the informatization of education and improve the national quality of our country.
