With the development of "Internet + education",mooc-based hybrid teaching mode combining online and offline classes is widely used in college teaching.MOOC,a massive open online course platform,not only breaks the shackles of learning time and place,but also provides learners with rich and diverse learning resources.A large number of learning behavior data are generated in students' learning MOOC courses,By analyzing these learning behavior data,we can explore the learning rules behind the data,and explore the learning rules behind the data.Teachers can improve the teaching plan according to these rules,and provide personalized management and teaching for students with different learning situations.This is of great significance to both the teaching of the teacher and the learning of the students.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,based on the learning behavior data,students are given a picture of the school and recorded the process of learning the trajectory.It is helpful for teachers to evaluate students' academic performance comprehensively and objectively,to provide individualized teaching for students,and to provide basis for academic warning.Then,the construction process of the learning portrait is described in detail.It is established through three aspects: basic academic data statistics,academic data cluster analysis,and academic data public opinion analysis.Second,the statistical analysis of the number of visits to the class,the time period of the interview period,and the box graph analysis of the duration of the course video,it explores students' learning patterns,learning preference time and difficulty in course learning,provides teachers with teaching difficulties and shortening the growth cycle of young teachers.Thirdly,the student learning behavior data and learning effect are used as clustering variables,and the k-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the learning style and combine students with the similar styles.Analyzing the factors affecting the performance of various students.Improve the teaching plan and implement it,collect a new round of learning behavior data and study the effect of the analysis,the results show that the student's performance has improved,the course learning shows progress.In addition,the cluster analysis of the scores of the student's face-level scores is carried out,and a new test method is adopted based on theanalysis results.The practice proves that the new test method is suitable for the assessment of academic achievement.Finally,the word cloud analysis was carried out for the discussion of students' course learning,and the related public opinions were obtained and visualized.Teachers can more "listen" to students' ideas,understand the course content,student learning,teaching environment.This paper collects and discusses the learning of "data structure" and "C language programming" under the mooc platform,and compares the public opinions of the two courses.
