The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of class group guidance on the professional identity of normal university students.The study focused on two normal students majoring in chemistry at A normal university.this series of class activities started from mid-november 2017 and ended in late December 2018.This paper conducted an experimental study on class group counseling with the theme of improving the professional identity of normal university students,in order to prove the influence and role of class group activities on the professional identity of normal university students.According to the requirements of the experimental method,the research objects that are strictly matched are divided into two groups: the class that implements the class group guidance is the experimental class,and the class that does not implement the class group guidance is the control class.Both before and after the experiment,the students of the two classes were measured with the scale of professional identity of normal university students.Before the experiment,the students of the two classes were of the same quality.After the seven-week intervention by the class group,the study found that the class group guidance had a significant effect on improving the professional identity of normal university students.After the intervention,the students in the experimental class scored higher than those in the control class in the four factors of "occupational will and expectation","occupational will","occupational value" and "occupational efficacy".It can be seen that students in the experimental class have significantly improved their sense of professional identity due to their participation in relevant group counseling activities.It can be concluded that class group guidance plays a key role in the whole process,and its importance is far greater than the non-time factor.One year after the experimental class participated in the class league auxiliary activities,a survey was conducted on the professional identity of normal university students.The final result showed that the influence of class group counseling on improving the professional identity of normal university students had a good sustainability and stability.SPSSl9.0 was used for data analysis,and the following research conclusions were drawn by referring to specific analysis results: class group counseling can help cultivate the overall sense of professional identity of normal university students,and its influence effect has a good continuity and stability;The class group guidance with the theme of improving the professional identity of normal university students is helpful to improve the cognition and emotional experience of normal university students on the occupation of teachers,enhance the professional will of normal university students,improve the professional efficiency of normal university students,and thus promote the improvement of professional identity of normal university students.This study shows that class group guidance can enhance the professional identity of normal university students,is an effective way to help normal university students identify with the teacher occupation,can enrich and improve the education of normal university students in China.
