Research On The Supply Mode And Development Path Of Multiple Subjects Of Community Public Sports Service From The Perspective Of Social Capital

"Village to community" community is a centralized residential area for rural residents formed under the leadership of the government,and a special community type formed in the process of overall planning of urban-rural integration development.Along with the "village to community" community interpersonal communication from acquaintance society to semi-acquaintance society,living space from scattered to settlement,life style from traditional to modern,effective supply of public sports service plays a very important role in the process of social order and value system reconstruction,community stability,community governance model exploration.This paper selects four representative communities to study the supply of public sports service,and examines the supply of community public sports service from the development path of the government,social elites,social sports organizations and public institutions.So as to provide reference for the promotion of community public sports service.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the government,enterprises and institutions,social sports organizations,and social elites are the social networks that constitute the "village to community" community.As the carrier of social capital,social network is an important part of social capital.(2)the government links the social network to play the role of a core node,and ensures the effectiveness of service supply through multi-party linkage,resource integration,specification and other means;Sports elite use individual social resources to expand the supply network,and through competition results and a variety of strategies to expand the supply of trust capital,the establishment of supply standard capital;Sports social organizations integrate social resources,promote the cooperation and exchange of governance bodies,provide a platform for citizens to pursue fitness,and promote the scientific decision-making of the government.The school promotes the reciprocal capital stock of the school community through the tripartite sharing,and establishes the social relation network of the school community through the dual interaction.(3)the government's leadership reduces the community's autonomy in the community public sports service of "village to community",weakens the community's independence and other issues;The restriction of sports elite system,the shortage of its own reserve resources and the low hematopoietic ability affect the public sports service;Community sports social organizations lack of social credibility,trust capital needs to be strengthened,the system is not perfect,standardized capital needs to be improved,internal autonomy is missing,external supervision is missing;Schools provide public sports services independently,the social network is not smooth,the system of resource sharing is not perfect,security is facing a test,the lack of trust capital.(4)in the "village changed club" community public sports service development path in the study,the government to establish multivariate supply way,speed up the supply main body of the development of cultivation,push forward strategic synergy,different body and elite sports isomorphism strategy,active play to the role of the sports elite sports organizations at the grassroots level construction play a role of all kinds of social relations link organization construction and development;The publicity and innovation of social sports organizations should be improved,the credibility of the organizations should be enhanced,the support system should be improved,the overall arrangement should be improved,and the supervision mechanism should be improved.Public institutions shall establish community committees for public institutions,strengthen the contact between public institutions and communities,formulate policies,promote the smooth development of sports resource sharing and innovate security measures.
