Application Of 6S Management In Rural Kindergarten Management

6S management is one of the important management concepts in our country.It is mainly applied to the well-known in China.6s management concept has the characteristics of unity,coordination and high efficiency.6S management has strong adaptability and wide use range in practical work.The 6S management concept is introduced into the teaching management of township kindergartens,which has a positive effect on the management of township kindergartens,is also a major innovation in the management of township kindergartens,and can improve the problems in the management of township kindergartens.This paper selects weyuan township kindergarten as the research object,analyzes the present situation of township kindergarten management,analyzes the necessity and application way of 6s management in township kindergarten management,and explains the problems in our township kindergarten management by point and surface analysis.This paper is divided into five parts:Part one,Introduction.This paper focuses on the research background,the significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign research status analysis.The second part explores the necessity of 6S management in town kindergarten.To clarify the role of 6S management and the influence of 6S management on the management of town kindergartens.The third part is to understand the current situation of "6S" management in town kindergarten.On the basis of empirical analysis,we can grasp the shortcomings and shortcomings in the management of township kindergartens,and make clear the difficulties encountered in the practical application of 6S management.The fourth part analyzes the main effect of "6S" management in town kindergarten and puts forward the countermeasures.This part is the focus of this article,through the combination of theory and practice,put forward a targeted solution to accelerate the integration of 6S management concept and township kindergarten management.The fifth part summarizes the research work,points out the innovation point of this research and gives the prospect to the future development of town kindergarten management.The results show that 6S management has a positive effect on township kindergartens.Students of township kindergartens can achieve a better balance between study and life and promote the development of township kindergartens.Therefore,we should actively carry out 6S management in kindergartens in various towns and villages in China to ensure that publicity is in place and adequate.
