In the context of the new round of basic education reform,in order to implement the fundamental task of "Lide the Tree",General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the symposium of the teachers of the school ideological and political theory that it is necessary to vigorously promote the reform of ideological and political theory courses.And innovation.At present,the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in middle schools mainly adopts the traditional teaching mode.In practice,it is more and more incompatible with the teaching requirements of ideological and political theory courses in the new era.In recent years,the topical teaching method is becoming a common mode in the reform of school education and teaching.How to apply this teaching mode to the teaching of ideological and political courses in middle school,solve the difficulties and problems faced by ideological and political teaching,and answer the students’ growth.The confusion,satisfying students’ sense of acquiring course content,to improve the ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political teaching is an important task in the current junior high school ideological and political teaching reform.In view of this,the author studies the application of thematic teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law(Nine),through the design and implementation of the thematic teaching mode,reflecting on the practical results,discovering the problems,exploring the causes,and proposing countermeasures.Advance the teaching reform and development of the "Moral and Rule of Law" course in junior high school.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the basis and significance of the topic selection,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the ideas and methods of the research.The second part focuses on the definition of relevant concepts in the research of the thesis,clarifies the relevant theoretical support of this paper,and analyzes the topical teaching in the curriculum of morality and rule of law in the junior high school from the four aspects of curriculum reform,teaching concept,teaching dilemma and student needs.The significance of the application.The third part puts forward the implementation requirements and model design of the topical teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" by clarifying the basic principles,target requirements and teaching requirements to be adhered to in the topical teaching,and specializes in "ruling the country according to law,democracy and the rule of law".The “Road” topic was designed for the teaching of examples.The fourth part uses the interview method and classroom observation method to explain the situation of the topical teaching in the practice of "Moral and Rule of Law"(nine),summing up the results achieved by the topical teaching in practice,including: First,reached Emphasis is placed on comprehensive teaching objectives;secondly,it plays a role in improving students’ initiative and enthusiasm;thirdly,it develops students’ ability to explore learning.However,in the process of practice,it also faces some difficulties.First,the difficulty of teaching organization management;second,the high degree of integration of teachers;third,the lag of practical teaching conditions,but also the shortage of teachers and the lack of students’ knowledge reserves..Based on his own teaching experience and professional knowledge,the author analyzes the above-mentioned difficulties and problems,and combines the current situation of curriculum reform,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the practical application of the topical teaching of Morality and Rule of Law.It is necessary to reconstruct the curriculum teaching resources;the second is to improve the thematic teaching management system;the third is to improve the professional quality of the teaching staff;the fourth is to improve students’ learning quality.
