| In the era of "human capitalism",talent has become an important capital for the development of the times and society.There is a mismatch between China’s economic volume and talent competitiveness.Strengthening undergraduate education to train competitive talents and building a world-class university has become an important goal of China’s higher education.High-quality undergraduate education is an important foundation for building a first-class university.At present,the distribution of educational resources in China is uneven.How to fully integrate and utilize existing resources is the key to training high-quality talents.Secondly,with the change of China’s economic structure,the matter of students’ structural unemployment is outstanding,the ability of college students is out of line with the demand for jobs,and college students become high-risk unemployed people.Finally,the individualized education of students has become the direction of college reform.In the education environment that advocates "student-centered",how to truly meet the individual needs of students and maximize the use of existing resources to promote student development is an important research direction of higher education.The key to solving the above problems lies in exploring the universal rules of student development,using specific rules to guide students’ education and training,personalizing and cultivating students’development potential,and promoting the quality of undergraduate education.In order to solve the above problems,based on the data of the third round of student learning and development survey of H university in 2018,this study conducted an exploratory study on the influencing factors and rules of student learning and development.The study uses eigenvalue selection and decision tree model for data mining analysis.The overall data decision tree model shows that for all students,the ability of students to learn independently not only affects the path of students’ good development,but also affects the mechanism and effect of other influencing factors on student development.Secondly,teachers still play an important role in student development.When students encounter problems,teachers need to be involved in the student development process in a timely manner On the basis of grasping the rules of student development as a whole,in order to understand the development rules under different types of dimensions,this study further explores the rules of student development from the perspectives of grade,gender and subject type.Research shows that student development is self-directed;the motivation for student development in different disciplines is heterogeneous;gender is not an important distinguishing indicator that influences the path of student development rules;students need personalized education and guidance,and students develop personalized rules.The cultivation of students’ self-learning ability in the process of higher education is not only one of the development goals,but also the key to the students’ good development.The students’ self-learning ability affects the students’ development path.Secondly,it is necessary to pay attention to the differences in the subject attributes in the process of student development.The differences in the subject attributes of students’ development are greater than the differences in gender.There are differences in the internal dynamic mechanisms of students’ development in different disciplines.Finally,it should be based on the individualized development mechanism of students,giving students individualized guidance,efficient and comprehensive use of university resources,and maximizing the maximum output of resources. |
