Study On The Synergy Degree And Countermeasures Of School-enterprise Cooperation In Education Of Tourism Management Major Of Secondary Vocational Schools From The Perspective Of The Industry-education Integration

At present,secondary vocational education in China reform and development is rapid,a large number of secondary vocational schools have started to explore and implement school-enterprise cooperation education.However,there are still many deficiencies in the research on the path of school-enterprise cooperation education in China's academic circle,and there are also some deviations in the understanding of school-enterprise cooperation education from all walks of life.Moreover,since the government's guarantee policy on the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation education has not been effectively implemented and the absence of relevant laws and regulations,which there are few successful cases of school-enterprise cooperation education,and the enthusiasm and participation of school-enterprise cooperation education need to be improved,the effect of school-enterprise cooperation education is not obvious enough.Therefore,in order to further improve the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation education,promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation education,we should not only intensify the theoretical research on school-enterprise cooperation education,but also constantly improve relevant policies and laws and regulations,meanwhile we should learn the successful experience at home and abroad of school-enterprise cooperation education,and design a unique implementation path of school-enterprise cooperation education according to the actual development situation of secondary vocational schools.This paper deeply analyzes the synergy degree of school-enterprise cooperation education in tourism management major of secondary vocational schools,and analyzes and defines the concepts ofindustry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation in education,synergy degree,the degree of synergy development,and this thesis deeply expounds the interactive mechanism of school teaching and enterprise production in the aspect of cooperative education from the point of view of synergy theory.By referring to the existing research on the evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation in education at home and abroad,which to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the degree of school-enterprise cooperation in education of tourism professional groupof secondary vocational schools,and design questionnaire to acquire data of tourism management major of secondary vocational schools which is from 2013 to 2018.Later,the thesis uses the entropy method,variation coefficient method and combination weight method to calculate index weight,and this thesis constructs evaluation model of the synergy degree of industry and education and the degree of synergy development to analyze the synergy degree and the degree of synergy development of school-enterprise cooperation in education of tourism management major of secondary vocational schools.The conclusion shows that the growth rate of the comprehensive development level of the industry's cooperative educationsystem is going to be growing faster than the school's,in the subsystem of school's cooperative education,its mechanism construction,teaching staff construction,curriculum and teaching material construction,talent training program formulation and training base construction,all of them makes great contribution to the comprehensive development level of school's cooperative education system,among the subsystem of enterprise's cooperative educationi system,its mechanism construction,curriculum and teaching material construction,talent training program formulation contribute greatly to the comprehensive development level of enterprise'scooperative education system,the synergy degree of cooperative education between industry and school is fluctuant slightly,its the degree of synergy development has been growing steadily,the synergy level has been improved from the imbalance state in 2013 to the primary coordination in 2018,the synergy level has been improved.In addition,the functional synergy development of cooperative education of school and enterprise is still insufficient,the synergy state is not sustainable,and the degree of synergy is not well in time dimension.Lastly,this thesis analyzes the influence factors of the degree of synergy of school-enterprise cooperation in education of tourism management major of secondary vocational schools,and to put forward some countermeasures on how to improve the synergydegree of school-enterprise cooperation in education from the perspective of government,secondary vocational schools and enterprises.
