Biology experiment is the foundation of biology.It can help students correctly understand and apply biology knowledge,firmly grasp the basic skills of biology,and promote the development of multiple intelligence.Biology is inseparable from experiments.At present,some schools in Changsha do not have a high rate of setting up experiments,and students have fewer opportunities to do experiments under the pressure of entrance and time.Therefore,this study select the Mini-experiment as the research material,which is small,short,but contains rich content.And developed the Mini-experiment as the core of the micro-lesson assisted biology teaching,micro class content including classroom related key knowledge,Mini experiments and analysis,knowledge development and application.In this paper,first of all,by reviewing and combing the relevant literature about mini-experiment and mini-experiment micro lesson at home and abroad,to provide a theoretical basis for the research.Then,interviewed the front-line biology teachers of X middle school in Changsha to obtain the teaching arrangement of biology experiment and Suggestions for the implementation of mini experiment.The general application of the mini-experiment and its micro-lesson in junior highschool biology teaching is determined as follows: organize students to complete the mini-experiment before class — — the result of the mini-experiment is used as the material in class — — and coach and expand with the micro-lesson after class.The design of mini experiment includes the choice of mini experiment topic,the design and recording of mini experiment demo video and the design of mini experiment report.The design of mini experimental micro lesson includes the design of mini experimental micro lesson teaching plan,the development of mini experimental micro lesson script and the recording of mini experimental micro lesson.Then this study according to the design principle developed four mini experiment and mini experiment micro lesson,and practiced in class 1811,feedback information from students and teachers was collected through experimental reports,interviews and questionnaires.Elaborated the significance of the development of mini-experiment and micro-lesson,and proposed some suggestions and strategies for the existing problems.Mini experiment and its micro class has arouse the students' interest in learning biology and seeking knowledge desire,strengthening students' experimental skills and cultivate the students' scientific literacy,to help construct the democratic relationship between teachers and students,and to consolidate,sublimation and development biology and other beneficial effects.But also exist some problems,as its limitation of time and money,the lack of teachers and micro class by the limitations of mobile terminal.It is recommended that for mini experiment and micro lesson better,Suggested: one is the school to increase capital investment,rich teaching resources;The second is to strengthen the construction of teachers;Third,the establishment of mini experiment and micro class teaching resources.It is hoped that the implementation of biological mini-experiment and its micro-lesson can change the existing difficulties in experimental teaching,optimize the teaching structure and promote the formation of students' biological science literacy.
