A Study On The Cooperative Education Mode Of College Students’ Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of "Three Teams" Integration

College students’ ideological and political education has made great progress after years of systematic construction,but the systematic coordination of ideological and political education needs to be further strengthened.Synergetic theory is applied to the research and practice of ideological and political education,and becomes a great weapon to solve the problem of ideological and political education theory and practice.On the whole,constructing the cooperative education mode of ideological and political education under the perspective of integration of the three teams can integrate the educational strength of the three teams of ideological and political work,strengthen the self-construction of the three teams of ideological and political work,and strengthen the self-construction of the three teams of ideological and political work.It is helpful to solve the problems existing in some links of ideological and political education,to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.At the same time,using synergetic theory as the support to construct the cooperative education mode of ideological and political education is also helpful to broaden the research field of ideological and political education and deepen the new path to solve the practical problems of ideological and political education.That is,it is urgent to strengthen the practical integration of the three teams of ideological and political work,to carry out the ideological and political education work in coordination,and to build a collaborative mode of ideological and political education based on the integration of the three teams.This is the ideological and political education from the theory and practice must be highly concerned about.This article adheres to Marxism as the guidance,uses the modern ideological and political education principle to carry on the analysis.The construction of the cooperative education mode of ideological and political education from the perspective of the integration of the three teams is mainly carried out from the following aspects: the first part,according to the actual situation,puts forward the background of the selection of the topic and the purpose to be achieved.This paper discusses the significance of the research from the perspectives of theory and practice,and briefly summarizes the current research situation,research methods and innovations of this topic at home and abroad.In the second part,the author summarizes the model of ideological and political education based on the integration of the three teams.Firstly,it defines the core concepts involved in the topic selection,then discusses the theoretical support of pattern construction,describes the basic characteristics of the pattern again,and finally generalizes the significance of the pattern construction.In the third part,questionnaires and field interviews are conducted to understand the present situation of collaborative education of ideological and political education among the three teams under the condition of having a large amount of data.The three teams have made remarkable achievements in cooperative education consciousness,action and effect,but there are serious problems in cooperative education organization,cooperative education practice and cooperative education mechanism.To carry on the deep reason analysis to the existing problem.The fourth part,the construction of the ideological and political education under the integration of the three teams of cooperative education model,the construction of the model should follow certain principles,focusing on the composition of the model elements analysis and structural analysis.In the fifth part,the effectiveness of the cooperative education model is analyzed,and the huge potential of collaborative education model is stimulated by scientific and reasonable evaluation.The three teams of the main body of ideological and political education go towards cooperative education by integrating their strength.This is not only the cooperation of the subjects of ideological and political education,but also the prerequisite organization guarantee of the coordination of ideological and political education.It is an inevitable trend for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to move towards all-round coordination.The coordination of the contents,resources and methods of ideological and political education requires the implementation of the three teams of the main body of ideological and political education,that is,The integration and coordination of the three teams is the first prerequisite to carry out the coordination of ideological and political education.
