School-based curriculum development is the activity professional,technical stronger,is also a continuous,dynamic and collaborative process.With the deepening development of basic education curriculum reform,the development of school-based curriculum and the practice will be more and more be taken seriously.In this paper,a total of six parts,the first part is introduction,including the selected topic reason,research purpose and meaning,research review and research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis and the related concept definition,introduces the "synergy theory" and the connotation of "school-based curriculum development";Discusses the meaning and the necessity of "teachers" together,for the concept of "history of school-based curriculum development" are introduced and defined.The third part introduces the domestic development of school-based curriculum in history,on the basis of the general situation of the current evaluation system,examination system,attitude and discipline their own qualities and so on discusses the school history school-based curriculum his neglected for a long time,the reason of slow development.Selected the Suqian S middle school as the investigation object,to survey the development of school-based curriculum,according to the survey,based on the theory of synergy,in view of the problems appeared in the process of development of school-based curriculum in middle school history,attempt to provide professional theory learning and skills training,in-service teachers set up multi-channel countermeasures such as collaboration and communication platform.Fourth part combed Suqian S middle school teachers work together under the history of the development of school-based curriculum program,and analysis the case of success.The fifth part for stress and lack of manpower in the case of time;Don't have any parents to support and other issues,put forward the history school-baseddevelopment follow the principle of openness,since the group under the premise of teachers should be paid attention to the time of energy security,build form a complete set of history curriculum resources support system as well as supplement.The sixth is divided into conclusion,concluded that the future will be the development of school-based curriculum in multivariate main body under the collaboration of practice.All in all,this paper's positive effect brought by the development of school-based curriculum in middle school teacher,advocate the teachers work together to develop school-based curriculum research paradigm,hopes for the future development of school-based curriculum to provide some valuable reference.
