Maria Montessori(1870-1952)was a world-renowned ear-ly children educator In the 20 th century,She has engaged i-n many educational practice activities in her life,and ha-s written many books on the basis of experiment,observati-on and research,which has formed rich and unique educatio-nal theories and ideas,including the understanding and v-iew of children's education management.It established her position in the history of modern education.Aiming at the d-efects and shortcomings of traditional education managemen-t,Montessori,on the premise of clarifying the purpose of children education management,puts forward the dimensions of children education management from various angles,and emphasizes the importance of using scientific methods to ma-nage children.On the basis of studying the dimensions and paths of children's educational management thought,th-is paper sums up the characteristics and historical contri-butions of Montessori's children's educational management thought,and analyzes the contemporary value in connection with the practice.To provide certain reference value for t-he management of children's education in our country.The thesis includes the following parts: the first part is the introduction,which includes the reason,significan-ce,literature review,research ideas and research methods used.The second part reveals the background of the formati-on of Montessori's children's educational management thoug-ht,the origin of the thought and the educational manageme-nt practice of "Children's Home" through the analysis of d-ifferent aspects.The third part discusses the purpose of M-ontessori child education management and the dimensions an-d paths of child management.The fourth part summarizes,summarizes and sublimates his thoughts,abstracts the es-sential characteristics of his thoughts.It mainly include-s life,freedom,experience and humanity.These characteri-stics made her rich,full,and recognizable.The fifth part discusses the historical contribution of Montessori's educ-ational management thought from several angles.In the end,the author summarizes the contemporary value of Montessori-'s children's educational management thought by analyzing the current situation of our country.Through the excavation of Montessori's child management thought,we can provide some ideas for the current school education management reform,in the specific educational management activities,combined with the specific background and reality,Creative use of these theories and practical experience will help to promote the scientific management of children.
